Claims (8)

第1の電極と、
圧電材料の層と、
前記第1の電極と前記圧電材料の層との間に位置付けられた電気泳動材料の層であって、前記圧電材料の層上の応力は、前記電気泳動材料の層の光学変化をもたらす、電気泳動材料の層と、
前記第1の電極と反対の前記圧電材料の層の側上に位置付けられた第2の電極と、
前記圧電材料の層と前記第2の電極との間に位置付けられた間隙と
を備える、装置。 - 前記電気泳動材料の層は、マイクロセルベースである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電気泳動材料の層は、マイクロカプセルベースである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- スタイラスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スタイラスは、非伝導性である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記スタイラスは、伝導性である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の電極は、1013オーム/平方未満の抵抗率を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記マイクロセルは、20ミクロン未満の高さを有する、請求項2に記載の装置。
