Description
Claims (12)
- カテーテルアセンブリであって、
近位端および遠位端と、前記近位端から前記遠位端に延びる本体を含むカテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの管腔の直径よりも小さい直径を有し、前記カテーテルの管腔に着脱可能に収容されているトンネラ、ガイドワイヤまたはニードルと、
前記カテーテルの前記近位端に固定または着脱可能に取り付けられたハブとを含み、
前記本体は少なくとも一つの開口を含み、前記近位端から前記遠位端まで延びる管腔を画定し、
前記カテーテルは丸みを帯びた閉じた前記遠位端を有しており、前記カテーテルの少なくとも前記遠位端が、前記本体と一体的に形成された、補強材料を含む補強部を有し、前記少なくとも一つの開口が、前記遠位端の前記補強部に画定されている1つ以上の開口を含む、カテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記カテーテルが、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィンまたはそれらの組み合わせから構成される、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記遠位端がポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィンまたはそれらの組み合わせから構成されるポリマーを含み、前記ポリマーが硬化しているかまたは前記ポリマーがそこに埋め込まれた金属または金属合金を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記トンネラ、ガイドワイヤまたはニードルを含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記ハブが硬質プラスチックからなる、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記カテーテルが、薬剤の送達のための1から10の開口を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記開口が、前記カテーテルに沿って半径方向、軸方向、または半径方向と軸方向の両方の間隔を空けて配置されている、請求項6に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記各開口が、約100μmから約1mmの直径を有する、請求項6に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも前記開口の一部が、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端の約50mm以内に配置されている、請求項6に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記開口が、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端から約30mm以内に配置されている、請求項6に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記カテーテルが、約4mmから約8mmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記カテーテルが、約6mmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
