c)バフィコート層および血漿層を新たなチューブに取り出した(「元々の試料」と称する)。
d)8mlのCSM-15緩衝液をSNCの緩衝液リザーバーに加えた。
e)1200μlの血小板添加溶液(PAS)を試料チャンバーおよび回収チャンバーに同時に加え、5分間平衡化させた。
f)試料チャンバーを空にし、1200μlの元々の試料を加えた。
g)SNCを25Vの電圧、75mAの最大電流および8分の時間で稼働させた。
h)元々の試料、試料チャンバーおよび回収チャンバーの顕微鏡評価を実行した。
Claims (12)
- 溶液中の細胞を分離するための電気泳動装置であって、
サイズ排除膜(分離膜)によって分離された試料チャンバーおよび回収チャンバー、
各々の試料チャンバーおよび回収チャンバーのそれぞれに隣接する循環しない緩衝液チャンバーであり、各緩衝液チャンバーが、イオン透過膜(制限膜)によって各々の試料チャンバーおよび回収チャンバーのそれぞれから分離されている、前記緩衝液チャンバー、および
各緩衝液チャンバー中に配置された電極
を含む、前記装置。 - 前記緩衝液チャンバーが、密閉されており、かつ緩衝溶液を含有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記緩衝液が、スクロース緩衝液である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 各試料チャンバーおよび回収チャンバーが、溶液を追加または除去するためのアパーチャを含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記アパーチャが、密閉可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記電極を電源に接続するための手段をさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、電圧を前記電極に印加できるように、電源を含む受入れデバイスに挿入可能なカートリッジである、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
