Claims (8)
- 照射面に照射光の直線性を高めるための方向調整部を有する遮光板を有し、ヘモグロビンの吸収帯の第1波長の光と、前記第1波長の光より、ヘモグロビンの吸収が小さい波長の光である第2波長の光とを被検体に照射する照射部と、
前記照射部による光の照射位置から所定間隔をあけて、あるいは、連続的に配置されて、前記被検体から放出される1以上の位置の光強度を検出する光強度検出部と、
前記第2波長の光の光強度から、散乱情報を算出し、
前記第1波長の光の光強度から、吸収情報を算出し、
前記第2波長の光の光強度から、血流情報を算出し、
前記散乱情報と前記吸収情報と前記血流情報とから血管を検知する制御部と、
を有する血管検知装置。 - 前記第1波長の光は可視光であり、前記第2波長の光は近赤外光である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管検知装置。
- 前記血流情報は、散乱係数の変動係数であり、
前記制御部は、
前記散乱係数の所定時間における変化から、前記変動係数を算出し、
前記散乱情報が最大値、前記吸収情報を前記血流情報で除した値が最小値である場合に、血管検知と判定する請求項1または2に記載の血管検知装置。 - 前記散乱情報は、散乱係数であり、
前記制御部は、
前記光強度検出部により検出された複数位置の光強度の比、又は、複数位置の光強度の差、に基づいて生体内における前記散乱係数を算出する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の血管検知装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1波長の照射光における前記光強度検出部の検出強度に基づいて前記吸収情報を算出する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の血管検知装置。 - 前記所定時間は、10msec以上20sec以下である請求項3に記載の血管検知装置。
- 前記方向調整部は、ピンホールまたはレンズを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の血管検知装置。
- 前記ピンホールの直径は、0.4mm以上1.5mm以下である請求項7に記載の血管検知装置。
