Claims (16)
- 生体外から生体内に向けて、生体の所定の部位に所定の光強度で位相を揃えた光を照射する照射部と、
前記生体から放出される2次元状の光強度分布を検出する光強度検出部と、
前記光強度分布の時間変化に基づいて血流量を算出し、前記血流量に基づいて生体内の散乱体濃度を算出する制御部と、
を有することを特徴とする散乱体計測装置。 - 前記位相を揃えた光は、レーザー光であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 前記照射部は、前記位相を揃えた光を拡散するための光学手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 前記制御部は、血流量から散乱係数を算出した後、散乱体濃度を算出することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 前記散乱体は、毛細血管中の脂質であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 前記照射部と前記光強度検出部は、鏡または自己投影装置に備わる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 前記照射部と前記光強度検出部は、箱状体の底部に備わる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 生体外から生体内に向けて、生体の所定の部位に所定の光強度で位相を揃えた光を照射する照射工程と、
前記生体から放出される2次元状の光強度分布を検出する光強度検出工程と、
前記光強度分布の時間変化に基づいて血流量を算出する血流量算出工程と、
前記血流量に基づいて生体内の散乱体濃度を算出する散乱体濃度算出工程と、
を有することを特徴とする散乱体計測方法。 - 前記位相を揃えた光は、レーザー光であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の散乱体計測方法。
- 前記照射工程では、前記位相を揃えた光を拡散することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の散乱体計測方法。
- 前記散乱体濃度算出工程は、血流量から散乱係数を算出した後、散乱体濃度を算出することを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれかに記載の散乱体計測方法。
- 前記散乱体は、毛細血管中の脂質であることを特徴とする請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の散乱体計測方法。
- 生体外から生体内に向けて、生体の所定の部位に所定の光強度で位相を揃えた光を照射する照射部と、前記生体から放出される2次元状の光強度分布を検出する光強度検出部と、前記光強度検出部により検出された光強度分布を送信する通信部とを有するユーザー装置に、通信可能に接続される散乱体計測装置であって、
前記ユーザー装置から送信された前記光強度分布の時間変化に基づいて血流量を算出し、前記血流量に基づいて生体内の散乱体濃度を算出する制御部、を有することを特徴とする散乱体計測装置。 - 前記位相を揃えた光は、レーザー光であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 前記制御部は、血流量から散乱係数を算出した後、散乱体濃度を算出することを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の散乱体計測装置。
- 前記散乱体は、毛細血管中の脂質であることを特徴とする請求項13から15のいずれかに記載の散乱体計測装置。
