Description
分解可能マグネシウム合金(図6を参照)製の枠組(スカフォールド)100は、遠位端および近位端に収容部(アイレット)を有しており、該収容部はX線マーカー1のアセンブリのために提供されるものである。楕円形のアイレット101の直径は約800μmおよび約350μmである。所定の内部切断点21を有するタングステン製の楕円形の減寸固形マーカー1は、斯かるアイレット101にアセンブルされる(図1および2を参照)。斯かるタングステンマーカー1の厚さはスカフォールド100の壁厚と同じであり、例えば100μmである。対応するアイレットの寸法と比較した減寸とは、例えばそれぞれのケースで20μm乃至30μmである。タングステンマーカー1は、フォイル2(図3および5を参照)の残りの部分との関係で所定の切断点21を有しており、従って、レーザー光線(図4および5を参照)によりフォイル2から予め切断されている。切断ギャップ24は例えば10μmと100μmとの間である。レーザー切断中に生成されるばり25は、鉱酸、例えば硝酸および塩酸から調製された温度30℃の酸混合物中で2分乃至5分酸洗いすることにより除去される(図7および8を参照)。その後、温度80℃の蒸留水中で3段階の洗浄が行われる。
実施例2によれば、酸化タンタル製の微視的表面を有する、プラズマ化学酸化により作製されたタンタル製のX線マーカーが提供される。
本発明の実施例3によれば、ニチノール製のスカフォールド100に、約5μm幅の所定の切断点21を有する金製のX線マーカー1が提供される。
Claims (15)
- X線マーカー(1)の製造方法であって、
材料層(2)が提供され、製造対象のX線マーカー(1)を形成する前記材料層(2)の少なくとも1つの領域は、前記領域が、所定の切断点(21)を形成する少なくとも1つのウェブ(20)を通して、前記領域を取り囲む前記材料層(2)の一部(22)に接続されるように、予備切断されるものである、
