Description
The present invention relates to a flat electric wire / flat cable.
In recent years, interest in environmental issues has been increasing worldwide, and electric wires and cables using non-halogen compositions that do not generate harmful halogen gas during incineration are becoming widespread. In addition, various proposals have been made for electric wires and cables using non-halogen compositions.
As the non-halogen composition used for electric wires and cables, a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition in which a metal hydroxide is mixed as a flame retardant with a polyolefin resin is often used.
For example, in Patent Document 1 below, ethylene / acrylic acid ester copolymer (a) and / or ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (b) 20 to 80% by mass, acrylic rubber (c) 10 to 40% by mass, And, if necessary, 20% by mass or less of polyethylene (e) modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, and / or a styrene block copolymer containing 10 to 40% by mass of the acrylic acid-modified polyolefin (d). (F) The conductor is a crosslinked body of a composition containing 150 to 250 parts by mass of a metal hydrate (g) surface-treated with a silane coupling agent with respect to 100 parts by mass of a resin mixture containing 20% by mass or less. Insulated wires that are covered have been proposed.
In order to impart sufficient flame retardancy to electric wires and cables, it is necessary to add a large amount of metal hydrate such as magnesium hydroxide as in the technique described in Patent Document 1. However, there is a problem that the surface activity of the electric wire / cable is lowered, it is easily damaged (whitened easily), and the traumatic resistance is lowered.
The above-mentioned problem of deterioration in trauma resistance becomes remarkable especially in the case of flat electric wires and flat cables.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a flat electric wire / flat cable. The flat electric wire /
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, for example, such a flat electric wire /
The linearity can be improved by adding a large amount of lubricant or the like to the

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the "flat electric wire / flat cable" according to the present invention is characterized by the following (1) to ( 3 ).
(1)
A flat type having a plurality of insulated wire cores, an inner layer that covers the plurality of insulated wire cores so as to bundle them, a flame-retardant layer that covers the inner layer, and a traumatic-resistant layer that covers a part of the flame-retardant layer. It is an electric wire / flat cable,
The plurality of the insulated wire cores
Arranged in a predetermined arrangement direction according to the specifications of the flat electric wire / flat cable,
The flame-retardant layer is
By sandwiching the flame-retardant layer in the arrangement direction by the pair of the trauma-resistant layers, the covering portion covered by the pair of the trauma-resistant layers and the exposed portion not covered by the pair of the trauma-resistant layers. And have
The flame-retardant layer is covered with the trauma-resistant layer so that the ratio of the surface area of the covering portion to the total surface area of the covering portion and the exposed portion is 50% or more.
The trauma resistant thickness is 0.1 mm or more and 0.15 mm or less.
The trauma-resistant layer contains a substance that reduces the insulating property.
Must be a flat electric wire / cable.
(2)
In the flat electric wire / flat cable described in (1) above,
The trauma-resistant layer
The flame-retardant layer is covered so as to spread along the surface of the flame-retardant layer from the start point which is the outermost portion of the flame-retardant layer in the arrangement direction to a predetermined end point.
The end point is
It is a reference point that is the closest to the start point among the points where the length between the two outer peripheral surfaces of the flame retardant layer is maximum in the thickness direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction, or the said in the arrangement direction. A location between the central point, which is the central location of the flame-retardant layer, and the reference point.
Must be a flat electric wire / cable.
(3)
In the flat electric wire / flat cable described in (2) above,
The flame-retardant layer
The length between the outer peripheral surfaces of the flame-retardant layer at the center position of the insulated wire core closest to the starting point of the plurality of insulated wire cores is maximized.
Must be a flat electric wire / cable .
According to the flat electric wire / flat cable having the configuration of (1) above, the pair of trauma-resistant layers are configured to sandwich the flame-retardant layer in the arrangement direction of the insulating wire core, thereby being covered by the trauma-resistant layer. There are no exposed parts, and the trauma-resistant layer contains a substance that reduces the insulating property. Generally, if a large amount of lubricant or the like is added in order to improve the linearity, the electrical properties such as insulation deteriorate, but in the present invention, the scratch resistance formed on a part of the flame-retardant layer is deteriorated. By including a substance such as a lubricant that lowers the insulating property in the layer, it is possible to avoid blending a large amount of the lubricant and suppress deterioration of the electrical characteristics. Further, by providing the trauma-resistant layer at the portion that interferes with the inner wall of the CD tube, for example, the traumatic resistance of the flat electric wire / cable can be efficiently improved. Further, since the thickness of the trauma-resistant layer is within a specific range, it is possible to improve the trauma resistance of the cable while suppressing the deterioration of the electrical characteristics. Further, by covering the outer periphery of the flat electric wire / flat cable with the flame-retardant layer, it becomes possible to maintain the flame-retardant property as in the prior art.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a flat electric wire / flat cable having excellent linearity and trauma resistance while maintaining flame retardancy and electrical characteristics.

Is configured to be a predetermined reference point or a portion between a predetermined center point and the reference point. By specifying the range in which the trauma-resistant layer covers the flame-retardant layer in this way, it is possible to provide a flat electric wire / flat cable having excellent flame retardancy, electrical characteristics, linearity and trauma resistance. .. The meanings of the start point, end point, reference point and center point will be described in detail below.
According to the flat electric wire / flat cable having the configuration of (3) above, the flame-retardant layer has the maximum length between both outer peripheral surfaces of the flame-retardant layer at the center position of the insulating wire core closest to the starting point. By specifying the location of the reference point in this way, it is possible to provide a flat electric wire / flat cable having excellent flame retardancy, electrical characteristics, linearity and trauma resistance.
