Claims (10)
- ガスタービン(116)を含む発電所(110)用の排出フィルタ(202)であって、当該排出フィルタ(202)が、
一連の回動可能に結合されたパネル(240)
を備えており、各パネル(240)が、前記ガスタービン(116)の排気物(118)の排気成分を除去するために排気物(118)が通過するフィルタ媒体(252)を有する開放構造フレーム(250)を備えており、
各パネル(240)が、それぞれのパネル(240)の対向する端部から延びる一対の対向する軸受(268)を含んでおり、各軸受(268)が、当該排出フィルタ(202)の位置決めを指示するように構成された軌道システム(260A、260B)と噛み合うように構成されており、
各パネル(240)が、1以上のヒンジ(254)によって少なくとも1つの隣接するパネル(240)と回動可能に結合されている、排出フィルタ(202)。 - 各フィルタ媒体(252)が交換可能であり、各パネル(240)が0.6m未満の厚さを有し、前記パネル(240)の外部の少なくとも一部が可撓性メッシュ(262)で覆われている、請求項1に記載の排出フィルタ(202)。
- 各開放構造フレーム(250)が、前記フレームの内部へのアクセス開口部(260)を選択的に閉じ、且つ前記アクセス開口部(260)へのアクセスを可能にする可動閉鎖部(258)を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排出フィルタ(202)。
- 前記フィルタ媒体(252)が一酸化炭素(CO)触媒フィルタ(238)及び該CO触媒フィルタ(238)の下流の選択的触媒還元(SCR)フィルタ(206)を含む、請求項1に記載の排出フィルタ(202)。
- ガスタービン(116)を含む発電所(110)用の排出削減システム(200)であって、当該排出削減システム(200)が、
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の排出フィルタ(202)と、
ガスタービン(116)の排気通路(120)に動作可能に結合された引込みシステム(204)であって、前記排気通路(120)が前記ガスタービン(116)からの排気物(118)の排気経路を画定し、該引込みシステム(204)が、前記排気経路内の第1位置(212)と前記排気経路外の第2位置(230)との間で前記排出フィルタ(202)を選択的に移動させる、引込みシステム(204)と
を含む、排出削減システム(200)。 - 前記引込みシステム(204)が、
前記排出フィルタ(202)の一対の対向する軸受(268)の選択された対向する端部の軸受(268)を受容するように構成された一対の軸受軌道(260A、260B)であって、該一対の軸受軌道(260A、260B)の各々が、第1部分(263)であって前記軸受(268)が第1部分(263)にあることに応答して前記排出フィルタ(202)を前記排気通路(120)の第1位置(212)に配置するように構成された第1部分(263)、第2部分(264)であって前記軸受(268)が第2部分(264)にあることに応答して前記排出フィルタ(202)を第2位置(230)に配置するように構成された第2部分(264)、及び第1部分(263)と第2部分(264)とを結合する移行部分(266)を含む一対の軸受軌道(260A、260B)と、
前記一対の軸受軌道(260A、260B)に沿って前記排出フィルタ(202)を移動させるように構成されたアクチュエータ(270、370、470)と、
前記引込みシステム(204)に動作可能に結合され、前記引込みシステム(204)に指示して、前記排出フィルタ(202)を、前記ガスタービン(116)からの排気物(118)の排出条件に応じて、第1位置(212)と第2位置(230)との間で移動させるように構成された制御装置(180)と
を備えており、前記排出条件が、前記排気物(118)の排気温度及び少なくとも1つの排気成分レベルのうちの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項5に記載の排出削減システム(200)。 - 前記制御装置(180)が、前記排気物(118)の排気温度が所定の温度範囲内にあることに応答して又は前記少なくとも1つの排気成分レベルがそれぞれの排気成分制限を超えることに応答して、前記排出フィルタ(202)を第1位置(212)に移動させるように前記引込みシステム(204)に指示し、前記排気温度が前記所定の温度範囲外であることに応答して又は前記少なくとも1つの排気成分レベルがそれぞれの前記排気成分限界を超えないことに応答して、前記排出フィルタ(202)を第2位置(230)に移動させるように、前記引込みシステム(204)に指示する、請求項6に記載の排出削減システム(200)。
- 前記発電所(110)が、蒸気タービン(124)用の蒸気を生成するために、前記ガスタービン(116)の排気通路(120)に動作可能に結合された熱回収蒸気発生器(HRSG)(122)をさらに備えており、第1位置(212)が前記HRSG(122)の上流にある、請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の排出削減システム(200)。
- 前記排出フィルタ(202)が、選択的触媒還元(SCR)フィルタ(206)を含み、前記排気通路(120)の第1位置(212)で、前記SCRフィルタ(206)の上流にSCR還元剤インジェクタ(162、220)をさらに含む、請求項5乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の排出削減システム(200)。
- 前記排気通路(120)が、開口部(280)であって該開口部(280)を通して前記排出フィルタ(202)を前記排気通路(120)の外側に移動できるように構成された開口部(280)を含んでおり、
当該排出削減システム(200)が、前記排気通路(120)の内側又は外側に排出フィルタエンクロージャ(290,292)をさらに備えており、第2位置(230)が前記排出フィルタ(202)を前記排出フィルタエンクロージャ(290,292)内に配置する、請求項5乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の排出削減システム(200)。
