Description
本発明の態様として、以下の態様を挙げることができる:
《態様1》
以下の構成成分を含む多成分組成物:
a)少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物、
b)少なくとも1種のフリーラジカル開始剤、
c)少なくとも1種のベンゾエート、
d)任意選択でフリーラジカル形成のための少なくとも1種の触媒、
ここで、前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の含量が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づいて60.0~99.0重量%である。
《態様2》
前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の含量が、70.0~99.0重量%、好ましくは75.0~99.0重量%、最も好ましくは85.0~95.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、態様1に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様3》
前記少なくとも1種のベンゾエートが、安息香酸の、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム、アルカノールアミン、及びアミンの塩、並びにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、態様1又は2に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様4》
安息香酸ナトリウム、安息香酸カリウム、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のベンゾエートを含む、態様1~3のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様5》
前記少なくとも1種のベンゾエートの含量が、0.05~15.0重量%、好ましくは0.5~10.0重量%、より好ましくは2.0~10.0重量%、最も好ましくは5.0~10.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、態様1~4のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様6》
前記少なくとも1種のフリーラジカル開始剤の含量が、0.05~5.0重量%、より好ましくは、0.1~4.0重量%、さらにより好ましくは、0.1~3.0重量%、最も好ましくは、0.1~2.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、態様1~5のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様7》
フリーラジカル形成のための少なくとも1種の触媒を含み、前記少なくとも1種の触媒が、アスコルビン酸、ホルムアルデヒドスルホキシル酸ナトリウム、有機スルフィン酸誘導体及びその塩、トルイジン誘導体、遷移金属塩、遷移金属錯体、アルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリルアミド、アルキルアミノ(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル、アルカノールアミン、エトキシ化アルカノールアミン、無機硫黄担持塩、還元糖、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、態様1~6のいずれか一項に多成分組成物。
《態様8》
フリーラジカル形成のための前記少なくとも1種の触媒の含量が、0.05~7.5重量%、より好ましくは、0.1~5.0重量%、さらにより好ましくは、0.1~3.0重量%、最も好ましくは、0.5~3.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、態様7に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様9》
モノアルカノールアミン、ジアルカノールアミン、トリアルカノールアミン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミンをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミンが、フリーラジカル形成のための前記少なくとも1種の触媒と異なる、態様1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様10》
前記フリーラジカル形成のための少なくとも1種の触媒と異なる前記少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミンの含量が、0.05~10.0重量%、より好ましくは0.5~10.0重量%、さらにより好ましくは1.0~10.0重量%、最も好ましくは2.0~10.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、態様9に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様11》
フリーラジカル形成のための触媒を含み、前記フリーラジカル形成のための触媒が、アルカノールアミンであり、前記アルカノールアミンの含量が、0.05~17.5重量%、好ましくは0.1~12.5重量%、より好ましくは2.0~10.0重量%、最も好ましくは2.0~7.5重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、態様1~6のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様12》
0.05~10.0重量%、より好ましくは0.1~7.5重量%、さらにより好ましくは0.1~5.0重量%、最も好ましくは0.1~4.0重量%の量で少なくとも1種のホスフェートをさらに含み、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、態様1~11のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物。
《態様13》
以下を含む、(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルの製造方法:
i)態様1~12のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物を提供するステップと、
ii)前記多成分組成物中に含有される構成成分と水とを混合するステップであって、このように得られた混合物において、前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の総量と水の量の重量比を、0.1:1~5:1の範囲とするステップと、
iii)前記混合物を(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルに形成するステップ。
《態様14》
態様13に記載の方法によって得ることができる(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲル。
《態様15》
以下を含む、建築構造における亀裂、空隙、割れ目及び空洞の封止及び/又は充填のための方法:
i)態様1~12のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物を提供するステップと、
ii)前記多成分組成物中に含有される構成成分と水とを混合するステップであって、このように得られた混合物において、前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の総量と水の量の重量比を、0.1:1~5:1の範囲とするステップと、
iii)前記混合物を前記建築構造において封止/充填する部位に適用し、そして前記混合物を(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルに形成するステップ。
多成分組成物は、構成成分:
a)少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物、
b)少なくとも1種のラジカル開始剤、
c)少なくとも1種のベンゾエート、
d)任意選択でフリーラジカル形成のための少なくとも1種の触媒を含む。
i)本発明による多成分組成物を提供するステップと、
ii)多成分組成物の構成成分と水とを混合するステップであって、このように得られた混合物中で、前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の総量と水の量の重量比が、0.1:1~5:1、好ましくは、0.1:1~3:1の範囲であるようなステップと、
iii)混合物が(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルを形成することを許容するステップと
を含む。
i)本発明による多成分組成物を提供するステップと、
ii)多成分組成物中に含有される構成成分と水とを混合するステップであって、混合物中の前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の総量と水の量の重量比は、0.1:1~5:1、好ましくは、0.1:1~3:1の範囲であるようなステップと、
iii)混合物を建築構造において封止/充填される部位に付着させ、混合物が(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルを形成することを許容するステップと
を含む。
実施例の組成物の重合によって得られるヒドロゲル材料の腐食特性は、ヨーロッパ標準EN480-14による定電位電気化学的腐食試験で試験した。
23℃でのゲル化時間は、目視検査によって決定した(ゲル様構造が検出されるとき、ゲル時間が達成される)。
得られたヒドロゲルのゲルコンシステンシーは、触覚によって試験した。
膨潤特性の測定のために、1.0×1.5×1.5cmの寸法を有する試験標本は、実施例の組成物のそれぞれから生成したヒドロゲル材料から切断した。試験標本は水道水中で23℃の温度で貯蔵し、試験標本の重量の変化は1日の試験期間の終わりに決定した。ヒドロゲル材料は、膨潤試験を行う前に24時間硬化させた。表2において提示する膨潤値は、膨潤試験の間の試験標本の重量の変化百分率として決定した。
Claims (15)
- 以下を含む、コンクリート構造物における亀裂、空隙、割れ目及び空洞の封止及び/又は充填のための(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルの製造方法:
i)以下の構成成分を含む多成分組成物を提供するステップ:
a)少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物、
b)少なくとも1種のフリーラジカル開始剤、
c)少なくとも1種のベンゾエート、
ここで、前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の含量が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づいて60.0~99.0重量%である、
ii)前記多成分組成物中に含有される構成成分と水とを混合するステップであって、このように得られた混合物において、前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の総量と水の量の重量比を、0.1:1~5:1の範囲とするステップ;及び
iii)前記混合物を(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルに形成するステップ。 - 前記多成分組成物における前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の含量が、70.0~99.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物における前記少なくとも1種のベンゾエートが、安息香酸の、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム、アルカノールアミン、及びアミンの塩、並びにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物が、安息香酸ナトリウム、安息香酸カリウム、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のベンゾエートを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物における前記少なくとも1種のベンゾエートの含量が、0.05~15.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物における前記少なくとも1種のフリーラジカル開始剤の含量が、0.05~5.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物が、フリーラジカル形成のための少なくとも1種の触媒をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の触媒が、アスコルビン酸、ホルムアルデヒドスルホキシル酸ナトリウム、有機スルフィン酸誘導体及びその塩、トルイジン誘導体、遷移金属塩、遷移金属錯体、アルキルアミノアルキル(メタ)アクリルアミド、アルキルアミノ(メタ)アクリル酸アルキル、アルカノールアミン、エトキシ化アルカノールアミン、無機硫黄担持塩、還元糖、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物におけるフリーラジカル形成のための前記少なくとも1種の触媒の含量が、0.05~7.5重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物が、モノアルカノールアミン、ジアルカノールアミン、トリアルカノールアミン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミンをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミンが、フリーラジカル形成のための前記少なくとも1種の触媒と異なる、請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物における前記フリーラジカル形成のための少なくとも1種の触媒と異なる前記少なくとも1種のアルカノールアミンの含量が、0.05~10.0重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物が、フリーラジカル形成のための触媒を含み、前記フリーラジカル形成のための触媒が、アルカノールアミンであり、前記多成分組成物における前記アルカノールアミンの含量が、0.05~17.5重量%であり、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分組成物が、0.05~10.0重量%の量で少なくとも1種のホスフェートをさらに含み、前記比率が、存在し得る水の量を除いた前記多成分組成物の全重量に基づく、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルの、コンクリート構造物における亀裂、空隙、割れ目及び空洞の封止及び/又は充填のための使用。
- 以下を含む、コンクリート構造物における亀裂、空隙、割れ目及び空洞の封止及び/又は充填のための方法:
i)請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の多成分組成物を提供するステップと、
ii)前記多成分組成物中に含有される構成成分と水とを混合するステップであって、このように得られた混合物において、前記少なくとも1種の水溶性(メタ)アクリル化合物の総量と水の量の重量比を、0.1:1~5:1の範囲とするステップと、
iii)前記混合物を前記コンクリート構造物において封止/充填する部位に適用し、そして前記混合物を(メタ)アクリルヒドロゲルに形成するステップ。
