Claims (1)
- 測距可能な光を照射する光源部と、
前記光を受光して測距信号を生成する検出部と、
前記測距信号から距離測定を行う演算部と、
前記光源部から照射された光を測距光として目標物まで導く外部光路と、
前記光源部から照射された光を参照光として直接前記検出部に導く内部光路と、
遮光性を有する液体の領域を切り替えることで、前記光源部からの光が通る光路として前記外部光路及び前記内部光路のいずれか一方を選択可能な液体シャッタと、を備え、
前記液体シャッタは、一方の領域が前記外部光路上に位置し、他方の領域が前記内部光路上に位置するように設けられ、電圧の印加により前記遮光性を有する液体の領域を前記一方の領域及び前記他方の領域との間で切り替え可能な1つのエレクトロウェッティング素子からなる光波距離計。
