Abstract
Description
前記溶湯収納部を形成する前記金属溶湯炉の内壁には複数の内張層が配設されており、
前記内張層のうち、前記金属溶湯に接する面を構成する第1の内張層が耐火材からなり、
前記第1の内張層と前記外壁との間における少なくとも2つの境界にシール材が設けられており、
前記シール材の間の内張層が少なくとも二酸化珪素(SiO2)を含有する断熱ボードであることを特徴とする金属溶湯炉。
すなわち、上部に出湯口2を有し、出湯口2は円筒状のストーク3により構成される。また、上部に給気ポート4と排気ポート5を備えており、加圧気体を溶湯保持室内に給排気できる。
鋳造完了後、給気ポート4からの加圧気体の供給は停止され、溶湯保持室内の加圧気体は、排気ポート5から排気される。
(1)短期吸入による生体内滞留性試験で、20μmより長い繊維が10日未満の荷重半減期をもつこと、
(2)短期気管内注入による生体内滞留試験で、20μmより長い繊維が40日未満の荷重半減期を持つこと、
(3)腹腔内投与試験により過大な発がん性の証拠がないこと、
(4)長期間吸入試験で、関連ある病原性変化もしくは腫瘍性変化がないこと。
アルカリ金属およびアルカリ土類金属の酸化物(Na2O、K2O、CaO、MgO、BaO等。)を18質量%超含有するものが使用できる。
シリカ-マグネシア-カルシア系のアルカリアースシリケートウールなども使用できる。
特に、耐熱性の点で少なくともステンレス繊維により補強するのが望ましい。
そして、図5に示すように、セラミック繊維及び生体溶解性セラミック繊維の少なくとも一方の第1繊維51A,51Bに、ガラス繊維及びステンレス繊維の少なくとも一方の補強繊維52を適宜の形態で織り込むことができる。補強繊維52はストランド内に組み込んで補強することもできる。そして、補強繊維を組み込んだストランドを、適宜の形態で織成してシート状のシール材とすることができる。
本発明者は、第1の内張層10の材料の選定に注目するのではなく、第1の内張層10にクラックが発生することを前提に、本発明の完成に到った。
(1)溶湯温度に耐える(例えばアルミ溶湯では700℃に耐える)。
(2)溶湯収納部内の金属溶湯を汚さない。
(3)漏れた溶湯の熱量を下げることができ、外壁に到達するまでに漏れた溶湯の浸透を抑えることができる。
(4)溶湯が漏れた場合の方向を制御することができる。
Claims (2)
- 外周部に外壁を有し、金属溶湯を保持する溶湯収納部を備える金属溶湯炉において、
前記溶湯収納部を形成する前記金属溶湯炉の内壁には複数の内張層が配設されており、
前記内張層のうち、前記金属溶湯に接する面を構成する第1の内張層が耐火材からなり、
前記複数の内張層の間および前記内張層と前記外壁の間の群から選ばれる少なくとも2つの間にシール材が設けられており、
前記シール材は、セラミック繊維及び生体溶解性セラミック繊維の少なくとも一方の繊維と、ガラス繊維及びステンレス繊維の少なくとも一方と、を織成したシート材であり、
前記シール材の間の内張層が少なくとも二酸化珪素(SiO2)を含有する断熱ボードであることを特徴とする金属溶湯炉。 - 前記断熱ボードはセラミックファイバーボード及びゾノトライト含有ボードの少なくともいずれか一方のボードを含む請求項1記載の金属溶湯炉。
