Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle ceiling structure.

Conventionally, as a ceiling structure for a vehicle, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. In the vehicle ceiling structure described in Patent Document 1, an engaging hole is provided in the temporary holding piece at the end of the roof lining provided in the vehicle interior, and the temporary holding base for holding the temporary holding piece is provided on the vehicle interior side of the roof panel. It is disclosed that a joint protrusion is provided, an engagement hole is engaged with the engagement protrusion, and the temporary holding base is formed on a roof side pad provided between the roof side rail and the roof ceiling. ing. With such a configuration, when the roof lining is temporarily held when it is attached to the vehicle body, the roof lining does not fall out of the temporary holding state even if the roof lining has low rigidity, and the roof lining is securely temporarily held on the vehicle body side. It is stated that it can be left.

Japanese Patent No. 5171464

However, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the engaging protrusion is formed so as to project substantially vertically from the temporary holding table, for example, when the roof flying (ceiling material) moves in the vertical direction, the engaging hole is formed. May disengage from the engagement protrusion. On the other hand, if the structure of the ceiling is complicated in order to prevent the engaging hole from coming off from the engaging protrusion, it takes time and effort for the worker during assembly to temporarily hold the roof lining.

The present invention has been completed based on the above circumstances, and one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a ceiling structure for vehicles that can easily temporarily hold a ceiling material. Further, it is one of the further purposes to provide a ceiling structure for a vehicle in which the ceiling material is hard to come off from the temporarily held state.

The present invention is a vehicle ceiling structure capable of temporarily holding a ceiling material arranged on the vehicle ceiling side with respect to a temporary holding member attached to the body panel of the vehicle from the vehicle interior side, wherein the ceiling material is The temporary holding member has a hole formed through the end thereof, and the temporary holding member has an extension portion extending in one direction intersecting the vertical direction and a protrusion portion protruding from the extension portion toward the ceiling of the vehicle. And a folded portion formed by folding back from the protruding portion in the opposite direction to the one direction, the folded portion is inserted into the hole portion, and the ceiling material is temporarily held by the temporary holding member. It is characterized by being.

According to such a ceiling structure for vehicles, a folded portion formed by folding back in one direction from the protruding portion is inserted into a hole formed through the end portion of the ceiling material to form a temporary holding member. Since the ceiling material is temporarily held, the ceiling material can be temporarily held by the temporary holding member with a simple structure. Further, even if the ceiling material moves, the hole portion does not easily come off from the folded portion.
In addition, temporary holding means that the ceiling material is held at a predetermined position at least temporarily without using a mounting member such as a clip, and in the temporary holding state, the ceiling material can be slightly moved in position. It means that the ceiling material can be attached and detached.

In the above configuration, the end portion of the ceiling material may have a recessed portion on the vehicle interior side of the hole portion on the lower side. According to such a ceiling structure for vehicles, the weight of the ceiling material is likely to be added to the folded portion in a state where the ceiling material is temporarily held. Then, the end portion of the ceiling material can be maintained in an appropriate tension state, and the hole portion is less likely to come off from the folded portion.

In the above configuration, the one direction may be the vehicle interior side. According to such a vehicle ceiling structure, it is easy for a worker at the time of assembly to visually recognize the extension portion, the protrusion portion, and the folded portion from the vehicle interior side. Then, it is easy to insert the folded portion into the hole portion. Then, the ceiling material can be easily temporarily held by the temporary holding member.

In the above configuration, the temporary holding member has a main body portion and a wall portion extending from the main body portion along the body panel and having elasticity, and the wall portion has a base end portion thereof. It has a convex portion forming a convex shape on the outside of the vehicle chamber, and the extending portion is arranged at the tip portion on the distal end side of the base end portion on the wall portion, and the convex portion is mounted on the body panel. By abutting from the indoor side, it can be determined that a space is formed between the tip portion and the body panel. According to such a vehicle ceiling structure, since a space is formed between the tip portion and the body panel, the tip portion can move in the indoor / outdoor direction of the vehicle due to the elastic deformation of the wall portion. Then, the angle of the folded portion with respect to the hole portion is adjusted, and it becomes easy to insert the folded portion into the hole portion. Further, in the state where the ceiling material is temporarily held, the wall portion elastically returns while the weight of the ceiling material is applied to the folded portion, so that the hole portion is less likely to come off from the folded portion.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a ceiling structure for a vehicle that can easily temporarily hold a ceiling material. Further, it becomes possible to provide a ceiling structure for a vehicle in which the ceiling material does not easily come off from the temporarily held state.

<Embodiment>
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. The arrow direction Fr is forward, the arrow direction Rr is rearward, the arrow direction T is upward (vehicle ceiling side), the arrow direction B is downward, the arrow direction L is left, the arrow direction R is right, and the arrow direction In is the vehicle. The interior side and the arrow direction Out will be described as the outside of the passenger compartment.

As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle (vehicle) 1 has a sheet metal body panel 2 that forms its outer shape. The body panel 2 has a roof panel 10 forming the ceiling of the vehicle, columnar pillar panels 11, 12, 13, 14 and the like that support the roof panel 10 from below. The pillar panels 11, 12, 13, 14 are referred to as an A pillar panel 11, a B pillar panel 12, a C pillar panel 13, and a D pillar panel 14 from the front side of the vehicle. The D-pillar panel 14 is arranged on the rear side of the vehicle.

A ceiling material 80 is attached to the vehicle interior side of the roof panel 10. As shown in FIG. 2, the ceiling material 80 is a thin plate-shaped member that expands in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the vehicle, and has appropriate elasticity. Further, the ceiling material 80 has a plurality of recesses 81 in which a plurality of left and right edge portions are partially recessed in the in-plane, and a plurality of openings arranged on the front and rear sides of the vehicle and through which openings are formed in the thickness direction. 82 and. The recess 81 is provided to avoid the pillar panels 11, 12, 13, 14 in the mounting state described later. By inserting a mounting member such as a clip into the opening of the opening 82 and inserting it into a predetermined mounted portion provided on the roof panel 10, the ceiling material 80 is mounted on the roof panel 10 as shown in FIG. It can be installed from the indoor side (this state is called the installed state).

As shown in FIG. 2, on the rear side of the vehicle and at the left and right ends of the ceiling material 80, pieces 83 and 83 extending in and out of the plane (outside the vehicle interior) are provided. The left side piece 83 has a symmetrical structure, shape, and the like with the right side piece 83. Therefore, the right side piece 83 will be described below. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 8, the piece 83 has a hole portion 84 having a hole formed through the outside of the vehicle interior in the thickness direction and a recessed portion recessed downward on the vehicle interior side of the hole portion 84. It has 85 and.

FIG. 4 is a view on the right side of the body panel 2 when the rear side and the ceiling side of the vehicle are viewed from the vehicle interior side. In FIG. 4, the roof panel 10 is arranged on the ceiling side of the vehicle, and the C-pillar panel 13 and the D-pillar panel 14 are arranged on the lower side. A temporary holding member 20 is attached to the upper side of the D-pillar panel 14 arranged on the rear side of the vehicle from the vehicle interior side.

As shown in FIG. 5, the temporary holding member 20 has a main body portion 21 made of resin, two pressing portions 22 and 22 protruding from the main body portion 21 toward the vehicle interior side, and protruding from the main body portion 21 to the outside of the vehicle interior. It has two mounting portions 23, 23. When the ceiling material 80 is arranged on the vehicle ceiling side, the temporary holding member 20 can press the vicinity of the end portion of the ceiling material 80 toward the vehicle interior side by the pressing portions 22, 22. It is possible to maintain the shape of the ceiling material 80 and prevent the ceiling material 80 from rattling due to vibration or the like. As shown in FIG. 4, the temporary holding member 20 can be attached to the upper portion of the D-pillar panel 14 from the vehicle interior side by the attachment portions 23, 23. The ceiling material 80 arranged on the ceiling side of the vehicle can be temporarily held with respect to such a temporary holding member 20 (a specific embodiment of the temporary holding will be described later).

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the temporary holding member 20 has a wall portion 24 extending downward from the rear lower side of the main body portion 21. The wall portion 24 has an appropriate elasticity, and as shown in FIG. 6, the wall portion 24 is inclined toward the outside of the vehicle interior toward the downward direction and extends along the D pillar panel 14 (body panel 2). .. Further, the wall portion 24 has a convex portion 26 having a convex shape on the outside of the vehicle interior at the base end portion 25 thereof.

The convex portion 26 is in contact with the D pillar panel 14 from the vehicle interior side. As a result, a space is formed between the tip portion 27 located on the tip end side of the base end portion 25 and the D-pillar panel 14. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the wall portion 24 can be elastically deformed in the vehicle interior / outdoor direction. The tip 27 of the wall 24 can swing like a swing. The solid line is shown as a state in which the wall portion 24 is elastically deformed, and the alternate long and short dash line is shown as a state in which the wall portion 24 is elastically restored.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the wall portion 24 has an extending portion 30 extending substantially horizontally from the tip portion 27 and toward the vehicle interior side (one direction intersecting the vertical direction). The extending portion 30 has a shape in which the front and rear ends thereof and the end portion on the vehicle interior side are bent toward the vehicle ceiling side. A protruding portion 31 projecting toward the ceiling of the vehicle is projected at the end of the extending portion 30 in the front-rear direction and on the vehicle interior side. At the end of the protruding portion 31 on the vehicle ceiling side, a folded-back portion 32 extending so as to be folded back toward the outside of the vehicle interior (opposite direction in one direction) is provided.

Subsequently, a mode in which the ceiling material 80 is temporarily held by the temporary holding member 20 will be described. First, the ceiling material 80 shown in FIG. 2 is arranged on the vehicle interior side of the vehicle 1. Then, the ceiling member 80 is moved so that the piece 83 is located below the temporary holding member 20 shown in FIG. When the ceiling material 80 is gradually lifted toward the ceiling of the vehicle, the hole 84 approaches the protrusion 31 as shown in FIG. 7.

At this time, the wall portion 24 is elastically deformed to the outside of the vehicle interior. Then, the tip portion 27 of the wall portion 24 bends outward and upward in the vehicle interior, so that the end portion, the protruding portion 31, and the folded portion 32 on the vehicle interior side of the extending portion 30 are lowered downward. Then, the piece 83 of the ceiling material 80 is pulled to the outside of the vehicle interior and toward the ceiling to be elastically deformed, and the folded portion 32 is inserted through the hole 84.

Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the wall portion 24 elastically returns to the vehicle interior side while the weight of the ceiling material 80 is applied to the folded portion 32. The rear side of the ceiling material 80 can temporarily hold the position of the vehicle ceiling side. In this way, the ceiling material 80 is temporarily held against the temporary holding member 20.

If the ceiling material 80 in the temporarily held state is attached to the roof panel 10 from the vehicle interior side by a mounting member such as a clip, the mounting state is as shown in FIG. Further, when the mounting member such as a clip is removed from the ceiling material 80 in the mounted state, the temporary holding state is obtained.

Subsequently, the effect of this embodiment will be described. The present invention is for a vehicle in which the ceiling material 80 arranged on the ceiling side of the vehicle can be temporarily held with respect to the temporary holding member 20 attached to the D pillar panel 14 (body panel 2) of the vehicle 1 from the vehicle interior side. In the ceiling structure, the ceiling material 80 has a hole portion 84 formed through a piece portion 83 provided at the end portion thereof, and the temporary holding member 20 extends in one direction intersecting the vertical direction. It has a protruding portion 30, a protruding portion 31 protruding from the extending portion 30 toward the ceiling of the vehicle, and a folded portion 32 formed by folding back from the protruding portion 31 in the opposite direction in one direction, and the folded portion 32 has a hole. The ceiling material 80 is temporarily held by the temporary holding member 20 so as to be inserted through the portion 84.

According to such a ceiling structure for vehicles, the folded portion 32 formed by folding back from the protruding portion 31 in the opposite direction in one direction is inserted into the hole portion 84 formed through the one portion 83 of the ceiling material 80. Since the ceiling material 80 is temporarily held by the temporary holding member 20, the ceiling material 80 can be temporarily held by the temporary holding member 20 with a simple structure. Further, even if the ceiling material 80 moves, the hole portion 84 does not easily come off from the folded-back portion 32.

In the above configuration, the piece portion 83 provided at the end of the ceiling material 80 has a recessed portion 85 recessed downward on the inside of the vehicle with respect to the hole portion 84. According to such a ceiling structure for vehicles, the weight of the ceiling material 80 is likely to be applied to the folded-back portion 32 in a state where the ceiling material 80 is temporarily held. Then, the end portion of the ceiling material 80 can be maintained in an appropriate tension state, and the hole portion 84 is less likely to come off from the folded-back portion 32.

In the above configuration, one direction is the vehicle interior side. According to such a vehicle ceiling structure, the worker at the time of assembly can easily see the extending portion 30, the protruding portion 31, and the folded portion 32 from the vehicle interior side. Then, it is easy to insert the folded portion 32 into the hole portion 84. Then, the ceiling material 80 can be easily temporarily held by the temporary holding member 20.

In the above configuration, the temporary holding member 20 has a main body portion 21 and a wall portion 24 extending from the main body portion 21 along the D pillar panel 14 and having elasticity, and the wall portion 24 is a base end thereof. The portion 25 has a convex portion 26 forming a convex shape on the outside of the vehicle interior, and the extending portion 30 is arranged on the tip portion 27 on the tip end side of the base end portion 25 on the wall portion 24, and the convex portion 26 is arranged. By contacting the D-pillar panel 14 from the vehicle interior side, a space is formed between the tip portion 27 and the D-pillar panel 14. According to such a ceiling structure for vehicles, since a space is formed between the tip portion 27 and the D-pillar panel 14, the tip portion 27 moves in the vehicle interior / outdoor direction due to the elastic deformation of the wall portion 24. be able to. Then, the angle of the folded-back portion 32 with respect to the hole portion 84 is adjusted, and the folded-back portion 32 can be easily inserted into the hole portion 84. Further, in the state where the ceiling material 80 is temporarily held, the wall portion 24 elastically returns while the weight of the ceiling material 80 is applied to the folded-back portion 32, so that the hole portion 84 does not easily come off from the folded-back portion 32.
