Description
本出願は、2017年7月28日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/538,310号からの優先権を主張するものであり、その引用された出願の内容は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、並流容器内の流体を接触させるための方法及び器具に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、下流容器内の2つの床間で液体及び蒸気を接触させるための方法及び器具に関する。
以下を特定の実施形態と併せて説明するが、この説明は、前述の説明及び添付の特許請求の範囲を例示するものであり、限定するものではないことが理解されるであろう。
Claims (3)
- 下降流容器内での流体接触のためのシステムであって、
上部床システムから下方に移動する流体を収集するために、下降流反応器内の2つの隣接する触媒床間の接触空間に位置付けられた液体収集トレーと、
流体を接触させるために、前記液体収集トレーと連通した入口を有する混合装置と、
上部床システムの底部から離間配置され、前記上部床システムから前記液体収集トレー及び前記混合装置のうちの少なくとも1つに流体を方向付けるように構成された上面を有する、前記混合装置の上部プレートと、
前記上部床システムからの前記流体を接触させるために、クエンチ流体を分配するためのクエンチ流体出口を有する、前記下降流反応器の壁内で前記混合装置の半径方向外側に位置付けられたクエンチ流体分配器と、
前記混合装置の細長い混合チャネルと、
前記液体収集トレーと連通した前記混合チャネルの液体入口と、
蒸気に前記混合チャネルを貫流する液体の中へと通過させるために、前記混合チャネルに沿って前記液体入口の下流に位置付けられた前記混合チャネルの蒸気入口と、
を備える、システム。 - 前記クエンチ流体出口が、前記上部床の底部に隣接して位置付けられ、前記上部床システムから下方に流れる流体を接触させるために、前記混合装置に向かって概ね水平にクエンチ流体を分散させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記クエンチ流体出口が、前記上部プレートより上方に前記クエンチ流体の少なくとも一部を方向付けるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
