Description
本出願は、2017年7月28日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/538,332号からの優先権を主張するものであり、その引用された出願の内容は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、並流容器内の流体を接触させるための方法及び器具に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、下流容器内の2つの床間で液体及び蒸気を接触させるための方法及び器具に関する。

Claims (3)
- 下降流容器内での流体接触のための装置であって、
液体収集トレーと、
密閉された細長い混合チャネルと、
前記液体収集トレーと前記混合チャネルとの間に流体連通を提供する液体入口と、
前記混合チャネルに沿って前記液体入口の下流に位置付けられ、前記混合チャネルを通過する流体流に蒸気を注入するための蒸気入口と、
を備え、
前記蒸気入口が、前記液体収集トレーより上方の異なる高さに位置付けられた前記混合チャネルの少なくとも2つの開口部を含む、
装置。 - 前記蒸気入口を取り囲み、前記液体収集トレーより上方の第1の高さに蒸気導管の上部導管開口部を有する、蒸気導管を更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記液体入口から前記蒸気入口とは異なる下流距離に位置付けられた前記混合チャネルの第2の蒸気入口を取り囲む、第2の蒸気導管と、
前記第1の高さより低い前記液体収集トレーより上方の第2の高さに、前記液体収集トレー上の液位が前記第2の高さを超えて上昇した場合に溢出するために、前記第2の蒸気導管の第2の上部導管開口部と、を更に備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
