Claims (7)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードと電気的に接続される複数個の接続バスバーを含むバスバーユニットと、を含み、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードのいずれもが、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向の中心部付近に備えられた前記複数個の接続バスバーと相互接続されており、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードは、
所定の長さの確保のために少なくとも三回曲がっており、前記複数個のバッテリーセルのスウェリングによる膨張によって少なくとも部分的に伸ばされ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向の中心部から最外郭側へ進むほど、曲げ回数が増加することを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセルのうち該複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向の最外郭に配置されるバッテリーセルの電極リードは、残りのバッテリーセルの電極リードよりも長い長さを有すると共に、残りのバッテリーセルの電極リードよりも曲げ回数が多いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向の中心部から最外郭側へ進むほど、長さが長くなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向の中心部を基準として対称的な形状を有するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーユニットは、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの少なくとも一側を覆うバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの電極リードと相互接続される接続バスバーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 少なくとも一つの請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 少なくとも一つの請求項6に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
