Claims (10)
- 複数個のバッテリセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体と、
前記バッテリセルの電極リードと予め決められたパターンで連結されるバスバーと、
前記バッテリセルの電圧をセンシングするために、各前記バスバーに連結されるセンシングユニットと、
前記センシングユニットの一側に実装されるコネクタと、
前記セル積層体の側部をカバーし、前記バスバーを前面に付着できるように設けられたフレーム本体、及び前記コネクタを装着できるように設けられたコネクタ据置部を備えるバスバーフレームと、を含み、
前記コネクタ据置部は、前記コネクタが前記バスバーの前側に配置されるように、前記フレーム本体の上端で回転自在に設けられたことを特徴とする、バッテリモジュール。 - 前記コネクタは、前記コネクタ据置部に固着されて、前記フレーム本体の前側で前記セル積層体の最上端よりも下に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記コネクタ据置部は、
前記フレーム本体の最上端から水平方向に延びた第1支持板と、
前記第1支持板の先端にヒンジ結合された第2支持板と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記フレーム本体は、前記第1支持板の下部に位置し、前記第1支持板と平行に前面から突設された水平板を備え、
前記バスバーは、前記水平板の下側に前記バッテリセルの配列方向に沿って配列されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記水平板は、前記センシングユニットから分岐されるセンシング端子を垂直方向に通過させるスリットを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記水平板は、前記第2支持板が前記バスバーに接触しないように、前記第2支持板の一面を支持することができる長さだけ突設されたことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記水平板は、先端部にボール状の嵌挿部を備え、前記第2支持板は、前記第1支持板に対して90°の角度で前記嵌挿部に締まりばめされる溝部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4から請求項6のうち何れか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリセルは、パウチ型バッテリセルであり、
前記バッテリセルの電極リードは、幅が前記セル積層体の高さに比べて、70~90%の比率を有するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項7のうち何れか一項に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項8のうち何れか一項に記載のバッテリモジュールを1つ以上含む、バッテリパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリパックを含む、自動車。
