(1)エンジン2と、エンジン2の出力軸2aから出力されたトルクが入力されるポンプインペラ31とポンプインペラ31に対向して配置されるタービンランナ32とを有するトルクコンバータ3と、トルクコンバータ3から入力された回転を変速する変速機5と、ポンプインペラ31に一体に接続されたロータ41とロータ41の周囲に配置されたステータ42とを有するモータジェネレータ4と、出力軸2aと変速機5の入力軸5aとを締結するロックアップクラッチ34と、を備えるハイブリッド車両を制御するハイブリッド車両の制御装置1である(図1)。制御装置1は、トルクコンバータ3の温度を検出するトルコン温度検出部21と、ロータ41の温度を検出するロータ温度検出部22と、ステータ42の温度を検出するステータ温度検出部23と、トルコン温度検出部21により検出されたトルクコンバータ3の温度、ロータ温度検出部22により検出されたロータ41の温度、およびステータ温度検出部23により検出されたステータ42の温度に基づいて、トルクコンバータ3の温度が第1所定温度以下となり、ロータ41の温度が第2所定温度以下となり、かつ、ステータ42の温度が第3所定温度以下となるように、エンジン2、変速機5、ロックアップクラッチ34、ステータ42に電力を供給する電力制御ユニット13およびステータ42を冷却するポンプ8を制御する制御部10を備える(図2、図3)。
Claims (3)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンの出力軸から出力されたトルクが入力されるポンプインペラと該ポンプインペラに対向して配置されるタービンランナとを有するトルクコンバータと、前記トルクコンバータから入力された回転を変速する変速機と、前記ポンプインペラに一体に接続されたロータと該ロータの周囲に配置されたステータとを有するモータジェネレータと、前記出力軸と前記変速機の入力軸とを締結するロックアップクラッチと、を備えるハイブリッド車両を制御するハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記トルクコンバータの温度を検出するトルコン温度検出部と、
前記ロータの温度を検出するロータ温度検出部と、
前記ステータの温度を検出するステータ温度検出部と、
前記トルコン温度検出部により検出された前記トルクコンバータの温度、前記ロータ温度検出部により検出された前記ロータの温度、および前記ステータ温度検出部により検出された前記ステータの温度に基づいて、前記トルクコンバータの温度が第1所定温度以下となり、前記ロータの温度が第2所定温度以下となり、かつ、前記ステータの温度が第3所定温度以下となるように、前記エンジン、前記変速機、前記ロックアップクラッチ、前記モータジェネレータおよび前記ステータを冷却するステータ冷却装置を制御する制御部と、
前記トルコン温度検出部により検出された前記トルクコンバータの温度が前記第1所定温度を超えたか否かを判定するトルコン温度判定部と、
前記ロータ温度検出部により検出された前記ロータの温度が前記第2所定温度を超えたか否かを判定するロータ温度判定部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記トルコン温度判定部により前記トルクコンバータの温度が前記第1所定温度を超えていないと判定され、前記ロータ温度判定部により前記ロータの温度が前記第2所定温度を超えたと判定されると、前記ロックアップクラッチを解放し、かつ、前記エンジンの回転数が所定回転数以上となるように、前記ロックアップクラッチと前記エンジンとを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記ステータ冷却装置は、冷却媒体を循環するポンプを有し、
前記ステータ温度検出部により検出された前記ステータの温度が前記第3所定温度を超えたか否かを判定するステータ温度判定部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記ステータ温度判定部により前記ステータの温度が前記第3所定温度を超えたと判定されると、前記冷却媒体の流量が増加し、かつ、前記モータジェネレータの出力が所定値以下となるように、前記ポンプと前記モータジェネレータとを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - エンジンと、前記エンジンの出力軸から出力されたトルクが入力されるポンプインペラと該ポンプインペラに対向して配置されるタービンランナとを有するトルクコンバータと、前記トルクコンバータから入力された回転を変速する変速機と、前記ポンプインペラに一体に接続されたロータと該ロータの周囲に配置されたステータとを有するモータジェネレータと、前記出力軸と前記変速機の入力軸とを締結するロックアップクラッチと、を備えるハイブリッド車両を制御するハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記トルクコンバータの温度を検出するトルコン温度検出部と、
前記ロータの温度を検出するロータ温度検出部と、
前記ステータの温度を検出するステータ温度検出部と、
前記トルコン温度検出部により検出された前記トルクコンバータの温度、前記ロータ温度検出部により検出された前記ロータの温度、および前記ステータ温度検出部により検出された前記ステータの温度に基づいて、前記トルクコンバータの温度が第1所定温度以下となり、前記ロータの温度が第2所定温度以下となり、かつ、前記ステータの温度が第3所定温度以下となるように、前記エンジン、前記変速機、前記ロックアップクラッチ、前記モータジェネレータおよび前記ステータを冷却するステータ冷却装置を制御する制御部と、
前記トルコン温度検出部により検出された前記トルクコンバータの温度が前記第1所定温度を超えたか否かを判定するトルコン温度判定部と、
前記ロータ温度検出部により検出された前記ロータの温度が前記第2所定温度を超えたか否かを判定するロータ温度判定部と、
前記ステータ温度検出部により検出された前記ステータの温度が前記第3所定温度を超えたか否かを判定するステータ温度判定部と、を備え、
前記ステータ冷却装置は、冷却媒体を循環するポンプを有し、
前記制御部は、前記トルコン温度判定部により前記トルクコンバータの温度が前記第1所定温度を超えていないと判定され、前記ロータ温度判定部により前記ロータの温度が前記第2所定温度を超えていないと判定され、前記ステータ温度判定部により前記ステータの温度が前記第3所定温度を超えたと判定されると、前記冷却媒体の流量が増加し、かつ、前記モータジェネレータの出力が所定値以下となり、かつ、エンジン効率のよい変速段となるように、前記ポンプと前記モータジェネレータと前記変速機とを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
