Description
太陽電池として一般に知られる光起電力(PV)電池は、太陽放射を電気エネルギーに変換するための周知のデバイスである。概して、太陽放射が太陽電池の基板の表面上に衝突し、基板の中に入ることにより、その基板のバルク内に電子‐正孔対が生成される。それらの電子‐正孔対が、基板内のpドープ領域及びnドープ領域に移動することにより、それらのドープ領域の間に電圧差が生じる。それらのドープ領域が、太陽電池上の導電性領域に接続されることにより、その電池から外部回路へと電流が方向付けられる。PV電池が、PVモジュールなどのアレイ内で組み合わされる場合、全てのPV電池から収集される電気エネルギーは特定の電圧及び電流を有する電力を供給できる。
Claims (10)
- 複数の高電圧光起電力電池であって、前記複数の高電圧光起電力電池のそれぞれが、光起電力電池の個片化に際して形成された物理的に分離された複数のサブセルを有し、前記複数のサブセルのそれぞれが、個片化され物理的に分離された前記複数のサブセルのそれぞれにおいて、受光表面とは反対の裏面に結合された金属化構造を備え、前記金属化構造が、前記複数のサブセルの少なくとも2つの前記裏面を電気的及び機械的にブリッジする、複数の高電圧光起電力電池と、
前記複数の高電圧光起電力電池からの第1の電圧を第2の電圧へ変換するブーストレス電圧変換装置と、
を備える、
光起電力モジュール。 - 接続箱を更に備え、
前記ブーストレス電圧変換装置が、前記接続箱のハウジングの内部に設置されている、請求項1に記載の光起電力モジュール。 - 前記ブーストレス電圧変換装置が、100KHzを超えるスイッチング周波数を備える高周波絶縁トランスを有する、請求項1または2に記載の光起電力モジュール。
- 前記複数のサブセルが直列に接続される、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の光起電力モジュール。
- 前記ブーストレス電圧変換装置が、絶縁を備えたブーストレス直流(DC)電力最適化装置であり、前記第1の電圧及び前記第2の電圧は、両方ともDC電圧である、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の光起電力モジュール。
- 前記ブーストレス電圧変換装置が、ブーストレスマイクロインバータであり、
前記第1の電圧が直流(DC)電圧であり、前記第2の電圧が交流(AC)電圧である、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の光起電力モジュール。 - 前記ブーストレス電圧変換装置が、更に、前記第2の電圧を第3の電圧へ変換する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の光起電力モジュール。
- 前記ブーストレス電圧変換装置が、前記第2の電圧を電力グリッドに供給する、請求項1から4および6の何れか一項に記載の光起電力モジュール。
- 前記ブーストレス電圧変換装置が、更に、Vmpが閾値を下回ることに応じて、バイパスモードで動作し、前記Vmpとは前記光起電力モジュールの最大電圧である、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の光起電力モジュール。
- 前記金属化構造が、前記複数のサブセルの間の応力を除去するための溝を有する、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の光起電力モジュール。
