Claims (13)
- 互いに対面して積層された複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを囲んで積層された複数のセルカートリッジと、
前記セルカートリッジの内部に配置されて内部にPCM(phase change material)が含有された複数のPCMカプセルと、
を含み、
前記バッテリーセルが、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する収容部及び前記収容部の周縁から外側に延びるシーリング部を含むセルケースと、
前記電極組立体と連結され、前記セルケースの前記シーリング部を通って外部に引き出される電極リードと、
を含み、
前記セルカートリッジが、
四角リム形状のメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームの内側面から延設され、前記メインフレームより小さい四角リム形状を有するサブフレームと、
を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記メインフレームが、前記バッテリーセルを収容できるように前記バッテリーセルと対応する大きさ及び形状を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記サブフレームが、前記収容部を収容できるように前記収容部と対応する大きさ及び形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルが、それぞれ、その上部と下部にそれぞれ配置される一対の前記セルカートリッジによって固定される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記シーリング部の上面が、前記バッテリーセルの上部から結合されるセルカートリッジに備えられたサブフレームの下面に載置され、
前記シーリング部の下面が、前記バッテリーセルの下部から結合されるセルカートリッジに備えられたサブフレームの上面に載置される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 互いに対面して積層された複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを囲んで積層された複数のセルカートリッジと、
前記セルカートリッジの内部に配置されて内部にPCM(phase change material)が含有された複数のPCMカプセルと、
を含み、
前記PCMカプセルが、前記セルカートリッジの外側面と内側面との間を貫通して挿入される、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記PCMカプセルは、その一端部が前記バッテリーセルと接触し、その他端部が前記バッテリーモジュールの外側に露出する、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記PCMカプセルが、円筒状の外形を有する、請求項6又は7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記PCMカプセルが、
PCMと、
前記PCMを収容するカプセル外被と、
を含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記PCMカプセルが、前記セルカートリッジを構成する樹脂とともにインサート射出されて前記セルカートリッジ内に位置する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- カプセル外被が、前記セルカートリッジを構成する樹脂と比べてより高い溶融点を有する、請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記PCMカプセルが、球状に形成された、請求項10又は11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを複数個含むバッテリーパック。
