Description
1.クーラントゲル組成物の調製
水とクーラント剤とを一緒に、推奨される重量比で混合した。次いで、配合に従って、熱伝導性充填剤を添加し、攪拌することによって分散させた。上記の分散体中にHYPOL(商標)製品を添加し、攪拌した。ゲルの質感を調整するために、BAYHYDUR(商標)XP2487/1などの水分散性イソシアネートを添加することができる。次いで、上記の分散体を30×30cmの金型に注いで数分放置して、ゲルを形成した。形成されたゲルをポリエチレンフィルムで梱包した。
市販の相変化材料(PCM)を12個の袋の中に梱包し、12個の袋を、30×30cmの金型(4つの袋×3列)の中に個別に留置した。次いで、攪拌後のゲル組成物をモードに注いでゲルを形成した。PCMの袋を個別にゲルマトリックス内に留置し、これにより、PCMが低い温度で冷凍した後にゲルを折りたたむことができた。
1.ゲル形成評価について表2に示されるように、成分i)親水性ポリウレタンプレポリマー、成分ii)クーラント剤、および成分iii)水のみを含むクーラントゲル組成物を、以下の配合で調製した。ゲルを形成することができ、約-25℃で軟性である配合物のみが、本出願で使用することができた。
プラスチックボトル(D.55mm、H.105mm)中の150gのDI水を使用して、異なる方法の冷凍速度を評価した。プラスチックボトルの真ん中に温度計を装備して、温度変化を監視した。この実験では、DI水の凝固点は-0.5℃であった。結晶化が進んでいる間は、温度は約-0.5℃を長時間維持する。ここでは、温度が22℃から-1℃に変化する時間を記録し、それを使用して冷凍速度を評価した。試験には、Shanghai Yisi Scientific Industry Co.,Ltd.のシリーズ番号BL-186/241Lの冷蔵庫を使用した。
結果を下の表4に示す。
Claims (12)
- 可撓性包装材料であって、クーラントゲル組成物および、前記ゲル組成物を梱包するように調製されたバリアフィルムを備え、
前記クーラントゲル組成物が、i)少なくとも1つの親水性ポリウレタンプレポリマー、ii)クーラント剤、iii)水、およびiv)熱伝導性充填剤、を含み、
成分ii)クーラント剤と成分iii)水との重量比が、12:88~60:40であり、
成分i)親水性ポリウレタンプレポリマーと、成分ii)クーラント剤および成分iii)水の組み合わせとの重量比が、1:33~1:5であり、
前記熱伝導性充填剤の重量百分率が、前記クーラントゲル組成物の総重量に基づいて、10~75重量%である、可撓性包装材料。 - 前記親水性ポリウレタンプレポリマーが、イソシアネート末端プレポリマーであって、前記イソシアネート末端プレポリマーが、少なくとも(a)少なくとも30重量%のオキシエチレン基を有するポリエーテルポリオールと、(b)純粋なジ-イソシアネートの組成物、ジ-イソシアネートの組成物、またはジ-イソシアネートおよびポリイソシアネートの組成物であり得る、ジ-イソシアネート組成物と、の反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、1.6~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価、および1,000~12,000の数平均分子量を有する、請求項2に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記親水性ポリウレタンプレポリマーが、前記プレポリマーの重量に基づいて、1~5重量%の遊離NCO含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記ポリオールが、ポリオキシプロピレン-ポリオキシエチレンポリオールであり、前記ポリオキシプロピレン-ポリオキシエチレンポリオールが、前記ポリオキシエチレン-ポリオキシプロピレンポリオールの総重量に基づいて、3,000g/モル~9,000g/モルの数平均分子量、および少なくとも30重量%のポリオキシエチレン含有量を有する、請求項2に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記ポリオキシプロピレン-ポリオキシエチレンポリオールが、1.6~8の公称ヒドロキシル官能価を有する、請求項5に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記クーラント剤が、エチレングリコール、1,2-プロピレングリコール、1,3-プロピレングリコール、1,4-ブチレングリコール、ヘキシレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、グリセリン、ポリエチレングリコールのような水溶性ポリオール、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記熱伝導性充填剤が、少なくとも5W/m・Kの熱伝導率を有する、請求項1に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記クーラントゲル組成物が、前記クーラントゲル組成物の総重量に基づいて、0.1~50重量%の相変化材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記相変化材料が、-25~-5℃の相変化温度、および約50kJ/kg超のエンタルピーの潜熱、を有する、請求項9に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記クーラントゲル組成物が、前記クーラントゲル組成物の総重量に基づいて、0.1~2重量%の水分散性イソシアネート組成物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の可撓性包装材料。
- 前記クーラントゲル組成物が、バリアフィルムと結合されて、前記可撓性包装材料を形成する、請求項1に記載の可撓性包装材料。
