Description

Claims (15)
- 抗菌性ポリマー組成物を作製するプロセスであって、前記プロセスが、
(a)抗菌性添加剤をポリマー材料中に混合するステップ
を含み、
前記ポリマー材料は、ポリイソシアネートおよびポリオールに由来するウレタン連結で構成されたポリマー主鎖を含み、そして
前記混合するステップは、前記ウレタン結合のうち少量の破壊をもたらして反応性イソシアネート基をもたらす条件下で行われ、そして
前記反応性イソシアネート基のうち2個またはそれよりも多くが前記抗菌性添加剤と反応して、前記抗菌性添加剤を前記ポリマー材料の前記ポリマー主鎖に共有結合させ、
その結果、抗菌性ポリマー組成物が得られる、プロセス。 - 前記抗菌性添加剤が、脱プロトン化グアニジン化合物、脱プロトン化ビグアニジン化合物、またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
