Claims (7)
- ろう付け方法であって、
ろう付け粉末、ろう付け結合剤および粘度低下剤を含み、ゲル粘度を有するろう付けゲル(110)をハニカムセルの形態の構造的特徴(106)を含む部品(100)の端部を含む前記部品(100)の一部に塗布することと、
次いで、前記部品(100)の前記一部において前記ろう付けゲル(110)を乾燥させて前記部品(100)上にろう付け被覆(130)を形成して、前記部品(100)と前記ろう付け被覆(130)とを含むろう付け被覆部品(125)を形成することと、
前記ろう付け被覆部品(125)をバッキング部材(140)と接触させることと、
前記ろう付け被覆(130)をろう付け温度に加熱して、前記ろう付け被覆(130)された前記部品(100)の前記端部を前記バッキング部材(140)にろう付けすることと
を含み、
前記ゲル粘度は、前記ろう付け粉末と前記ろう付け結合剤を含むが前記粘度低下剤を含まないろう付けペーストのペースト粘度よりも低く、
前記ゲル粘度により、前記部品(100)を前記ろう付けゲル(110)で浸漬被覆することができる、ろう付け方法。 - ろう付け方法であって、
ろう付け粉末、ろう付け結合剤および粘度低下剤を含み、ゲル粘度を有するろう付けゲル(110)をハニカムセルの形態の構造的特徴(106)を含む部品(100)の端部を含む前記部品(100)の一部に塗布することと、
次いで、前記部品(100)の前記一部において前記ろう付けゲル(110)を乾燥させて前記部品(100)上にろう付け被覆(130)を形成して、前記部品(100)と前記ろう付け被覆(130)とを含むろう付け被覆部品(125)を形成することと、
前記ろう付け被覆部品(125)をバッキング部材(140)と接触させることと、
前記ろう付け被覆(130)をろう付け温度に加熱して、前記ろう付け被覆(130)された前記部品(100)の前記端部を前記バッキング部材(140)にろう付けすることと
を含み、
前記部品(100)の前記端部は、約5mm未満の間隔および少なくとも約1mmの深さを有する構造的特徴(106)を含み、
前記ゲル粘度は、前記ろう付け粉末と前記ろう付け結合剤を含むが前記粘度低下剤を含まないろう付けペーストのペースト粘度よりも低く、
前記粘度低下剤は、前記ろう付け被覆(130)が前記構造的特徴(106)間の間隔にまたがらないように、ろう付けゲルのゲル粘度を低下させる、ろう付け方法。 - 前記ろう付けが約815℃~約1230℃(約1500°F~約2250°F)の範囲のろう付け温度で行われる請求項1または2に記載のろう付け方法。
- 前記ろう付けゲル(110)を浸漬被覆法、スプレーコーティングまたは刷毛塗りにより前記部品(100)の一部に塗布する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のろう付け方法。
- 前記バッキング部材(140)にろう付けされた前記ろう付け被覆部品(125)をシャフト型ラビリンスシールまたは回転ブレードシュラウドシールとしてガスタービン内に配置することを含み、
前記部品(100)の他の端部(104)は、犠牲摩耗面を形成する、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のろう付け方法。 - 前記粘度低下剤は、塩化アンモニウム(NH4Cl)、フッ化アンモニウム(NH4F)、臭化アンモニウム(NH4Br)、塩化クロム(II)(CrCl2)、塩化クロム(III)(CrCl3)、塩化アルミニウム(AlCl3)、またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のろう付け方法。
- 前記加熱は、炉内ろう付けまたは真空ろう付けにより行われる、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のろう付け方法。
