Claims (3)
- 技術的刺繍から形成されたアンテナ構成体(6)を含む外部ウォッチ部品(2)を製造するための方法であって、前記技術的刺繍(6)は、絶縁ワイヤまたは天然繊維(10)の刺繍された構造体と、少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(12)とを含み、前記少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(12)は、絶縁ワイヤまたは天然繊維(10)の前記刺繍された構造体の中に一体化された微細なコイルを作り出すように、前記刺繍された構造体に刺繍されており、前記方法は、
作り出されることになる前記外部ウォッチ部品の型の中で前記技術的刺繍(6)を調節するステップ(20)と、前記少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(12)を、前記型の中に挿入された無線周波数集積回路(8)に接続するステップと、
前記技術的刺繍(6)および前記無線周波数集積回路(8)を含浸させるために、樹脂(4)を前記型の中へ注入するステップ(22)と、
前記型の中に含有された前記樹脂(4)を硬化させるステップ(24)と、
前記型の中に含有された前記樹脂(4)を架橋するステップ(26)と、
前記技術的刺繍(6)、前記無線周波数集積回路(8)、および前記架橋された樹脂(4)から形成されたアセンブリを前記型から除去するステップ(28)と
を含み、前記外部ウォッチ部品は、ウォッチベゼル、ウォッチ・ダイアル、およびウォッチ・ケース・ミドルからなる群から選択される部品である、方法。 - 前記樹脂(4)は、熱硬化性樹脂であり、前記樹脂を硬化させる前記ステップ(24)の間に、硬化温度は、200℃から250℃の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂(4)は、エラストマー樹脂であり、前記樹脂を硬化させるステップ(24)の間に、硬化温度は、300℃に実質的に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
