Claims (7)
- 歯科インプラントを受け取るための骨切除部を準備するための冶具をカスタマイズしかつ製造するための方法であって、該治具は少なくとも1のドリルを含み、該方法は、次の工程:
‐ コンピュータが、骨切除部の計画された位置および周囲の顎骨の領域をモデル化するスキャンデータを受け取ること、
‐ 該コンピュータが、該スキャンデータに基づいて、該歯科インプラントの仮想インプラントモデルを生成すること、
‐ 該コンピュータが、該仮想インプラントモデルに基づいて該冶具の仮想冶具モデルを生成すること、
‐ 該コンピュータが、該仮想冶具モデルに基づいて該冶具の、ラピッドプロトタイピングプロセスによるコンピュータ支援製造を管理すること、
を含む上記方法。 - 該ラピッドプロトタイププロセスは、3D印刷、ステレオリソグラフィ、溶融堆積モデリング、積層物体モデリング、選択的レーザ焼結、またはコンピュータ支援フライス加工を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該冶具が、該歯科インプラントと同一または異なる材料で形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 複数の冶具が、1以上のドリル、およびスクレーパー、カッター、及び/又はノミを含む、請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 該スキャンデータは、コンピュータ断層撮影(CT)スキャンによって得られる、請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 該CTスキャンは、MRIスキャン及び/又は口腔内スキャンと組み合わせられる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラムまたはコンピュータプログラムのセットであって、
少なくとも1つのソフトウェアコード部分、又は少なくとも1つのソフトウェアコード部分を格納するコンピュータプログラム製品を含み、該少なくとも1つのソフトウェアコード部分は、コンピュータ上で実行されるときに請求項1~6の少なくとも1つに記載の方法を実行するように構成されている、上記コンピュータプログラムまたはコンピュータプログラムのセット。
