Description
Claims (12)
- 自由流れ防止デバイスであって、
管材案内路と、前記管材案内路に交差するプランジャチャネルとを規定する本体と、
前記プランジャチャネルによって摺動可能に受け入れられるプランジャであって、前記プランジャは、前記プランジャを通る管材通路を規定し、前記管材通路と前記管材案内路との間の位置合わせの度合いを変動させるように、前記本体に対して移動可能である、プランジャと、
前記管材通路と前記管材案内路との間の前記位置合わせの度合いを低減する方向に前記プランジャを付勢するばねと、
を備え、
前記プランジャは、前記プランジャチャネルから突出する湾曲した作動面を含み、
前記プランジャの前記管材通路は第1の軸に沿って延び、前記湾曲した作動面は、前記第1の軸に直交する第2の軸の周りの弧状の部分形状を含み、
前記湾曲した作動面は、ラッチ部材の湾曲したカム面と協働するように構成されている、
自由流れ防止デバイス。 - 投与セットであって、
(i)管材案内路と、前記管材案内路に交差するプランジャチャネルとを規定する本体と、(ii)プランジャを通る管材通路を規定する前記プランジャであって、前記プランジャは、前記プランジャチャネルによって摺動可能に受け入れられ、前記管材通路と前記管材案内路との間の位置合わせの度合いを変動させるように、前記本体に対して移動可能である、プランジャと、(iii)前記管材通路と前記管材案内路との間の前記位置合わせの度合いを低減する方向に前記プランジャを付勢するばねと、を備える自由流れ防止デバイスと、
前記管材案内路および前記管材通路を通って延びる、弾性管材と、
を備え、
前記プランジャは、前記プランジャチャネルから突出する湾曲した作動面を含み、
前記プランジャの前記管材通路は第1の軸に沿って延び、前記湾曲した作動面は、前記第1の軸に直交する第2の軸の周りの弧状の部分形状を含み、
前記湾曲した作動面は、ラッチ部材の湾曲したカム面と協働するように構成されている、
投与セット。 - 前記自由流れ防止デバイスの前記本体は前記弾性管材に取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の投与セット。
- 輸液ポンプ装置であって、
A)弾性管材と、
B)輸液ポンプであって、
ポンプハウジングと、
前記ポンプハウジングによって支持されるポンピング機構と、
前記ポンプハウジングに対し移動可能なポンプ扉であって、前記ポンプ扉は、前記弾性管材が前記ポンピング機構に隣接して前記輸液ポンプ内に装填されることを可能にする開位置まで動き、前記ポンプ扉は、前記弾性管材を覆う閉位置まで動く、ポンプ扉と、
前記ポンプ扉に対し枢動可能に装着されるラッチ部材であって、前記ラッチ部材は、ラッチ枢動軸の周りで前記ポンプ扉に対し枢動可能である、ラッチ部材と、
前記ポンプハウジングに対し固定された場所にあるラッチピンと、
を備える、輸液ポンプと、
C)前記弾性管材を通る流体の流れを停止するように閉じられた前記弾性管材を挟持するように付勢された自由流れ防止デバイスと、
を備え、
前記ラッチ部材は、前記ラッチ部材が前記ラッチピンと係合し、前記ポンプ扉を前記閉位置に固定するようにさせるための、係止方向における前記ラッチ枢動軸の周りの第1の範囲の枢動運動と、前記ラッチ部材が、前記弾性管材の挟持を解除し、前記弾性管材を通る流体の流れを可能にするように前記付勢に対抗して前記自由流れ防止デバイスを作動させるようにするための、前記係止方向における前記ラッチ枢動軸の周りの第2の範囲の枢動運動とを有し、前記ラッチ部材は、前記第2の範囲の枢動運動を通じて枢動を開始する前に、前記第1の範囲の枢動運動の少なくとも一部分を通じて枢動し、
前記ラッチ部材は、前記第1の範囲の枢動運動の開始を規定する係止解除限界位置を有し、前記第2の範囲の枢動運動は、前記ラッチ部材が、前記係止解除限界位置から、前記ラッチ枢動軸の周りの所定の角度を通じて前記係止方向に枢動した後に開始する、
輸液ポンプ装置。 - 前記第2の範囲の枢動運動の少なくとも一部分は、前記第1の範囲の枢動運動の一部分と重複する、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
- 前記所定の角度は、少なくとも45°である、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
- 前記ラッチ部材は、前記第1の範囲の枢動運動の終了時に係止限界位置を有し、前記係止限界位置は、前記第2の範囲の枢動運動の終了を更に規定する、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
- 前記ポンプ扉は、前記ポンプ扉が前記閉位置にあるとき、前記自由流れ防止デバイスと接触しない、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
- 前記ポンプ扉はプラテン面を含み、前記ポンピング機構は、前記ポンプ扉が前記閉位置にあるときに前記プラテン面の反対側にある複数の蠕動ポンピングフィンガと、前記プラテン面に対し前記管材を弾性に変形させるように前記複数の蠕動ポンピングフィンガを変位させるように動作可能なモーター駆動式カムとを含み、前記複数の蠕動ポンピングフィンガのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記プラテン面に対抗して前記管材を挟持するように配置され、これにより前記ポンプ扉が前記閉位置にあり前記ポンピング機構が動作していないときに前記管材を通る流れを阻止する、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
- 前記ラッチ部材は湾曲したカム面を含み、前記自由流れ防止デバイスは、前記湾曲したカム面と協働するための湾曲した作動面を含み、前記湾曲したカム面は、前記ラッチ部材が前記第2の範囲の枢動運動を通じて前記自由流れ防止デバイスを作動させるように枢動されている間、前記湾曲した作動面と係合する、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
- 前記ラッチ部材は、キーホール部分と、前記キーホール部分につながる通路面とを有するスロットを含み、前記ラッチ部材が前記第1の範囲の枢動運動を通じて枢動されている間、前記通路面、および次に前記キーホール部分は、連続して前記ラッチピンと係合する、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
- 前記自由流れ防止デバイスは、前記弾性管材に取り付けられる、請求項4に記載の輸液ポンプ装置。
