Claims (16)
- 電池モジュールのハウジングの側面プレートに結合される接続ボードであって、
前記接続ボードが前記側面プレートに結合されたときに、前記側面プレートに形成された複数の空気チャンネルのうち互いに隣り合う空気チャンネルの間に位置するように構成された複数の突出部を含む、接続ボード。 - ボトムカバー、および
前記ボトムカバーに連結された複数のバスバー装着部を含み、
前記ボトムカバーの一側には凹凸構造が形成され、
前記ボトムカバーの凹凸構造は、前記複数の突出部を含み、前記ボトムカバーには少なくとも一つのロック部材が形成されており、
前記ロック部材は、前記突出部または前記突出部の延長線上に形成される、請求項1に記載の接続ボード。 - 前記ロック部材は、前記ボトムカバーの側面から突出している、請求項2に記載の接続ボード。
- 前記複数の突出部のうち互いに隣り合う突出部の間に開口部が形成され、前記バスバー装着部の中心線の仮想の延長線上に前記開口部が位置する、請求項2又は3に記載の接続ボード。
- 前記バスバー装着部が連結された前記ボトムカバーの部分は、前記凹凸構造が形成された前記ボトムカバーの一側の反対側に位置する、請求項2ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の接続ボード。
- 複数の電池セルを収納し、ボトムプレートおよび側面プレートを含むハウジング、および
前記ハウジングの一端または両端に位置する接続ボードを含み、
前記接続ボードは、前記側面プレートに結合され、前記側面プレートには複数の空気チャンネルが形成されており、前記接続ボードは、前記複数の空気チャンネルのうち互いに隣り合う空気チャンネルの間に位置する複数の突出部を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記接続ボードは、ボトムカバーと前記ボトムカバーに連結された複数のバスバー装着部を含み、
前記バスバー装着部が連結された前記ボトムカバーの部分の反対側に前記複数の突出部が形成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記側面プレートと前記ボトムカバーは、前記電池セルの電極リードが突出した方向に重なる、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記側面プレートは、第1プレートと第2プレートを含み、前記第1プレートと前記第2プレートとの間に装着領域が形成されており、前記装着領域に前記ボトムカバーが位置する、請求項7又は8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1プレートには前記複数の空気チャンネルが形成されており、前記第2プレートは前記第2プレートの一側から突出した複数のバスバー支持部を含む、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は、前記ボトムカバーの一側から突出し、前記ボトムカバーは、前記突出部または前記突出部が突出した方向の延長線上に形成されたロック部材を含む、請求項7ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記側面プレートは掛かり部を含み、前記ロック部材が前記掛かり部に装着されて前記接続ボードと前記ハウジングの分離を防止する、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記掛かり部は、前記複数の空気チャンネルのうち互いに隣り合う空気チャンネルの間に位置する、請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。
- ワイヤおよびワイヤの一端に接続されたコネクタをさらに含み、
前記コネクタは、前記ボトムカバーに装着されている、請求項7ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記側面プレートは、前記ボトムプレートと垂直に形成され、前記側面プレートと前記ボトムプレートは、一体に形成される、請求項6ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項6ないし15のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
