- 組成式(Fe(1-(α+β))X1αX2β)(1-(a+b+c+d+e))MaSibCucX3dBe (原子数比)からなる軟磁性合金であって、
X1はCoおよびNiからなる群から選択される1種以上、
X2はTi,V,Mn,Ag,Zn,Al,Sn,As,Sb,Biおよび希土類元素からなる群より選択される1種以上、
X3はCおよびGeからなる群から選択される1種以上、
MはZr,Nb,Hf,Ta,MoおよびWからなる群から選択される1種以上であり、
0.030≦a≦0.120
0.020≦b≦0.175

0≦d≦0.100
