Claims (12)
- 画像化システムへの挿入のためのデバイスであって、
前記デバイスが、主本体(1)と、サンプル(201)のためのサンプルキャリア(101)の受容部分(4)となる主本体(1)の頂部(2)に形成された凹部(4)と、前記サンプルキャリア(101)の受容部分(4)の磁場領域(14)において磁場を生成するための装置を更に備え、
前記凹部(4)が、前記サンプルキャリア(101)の担持面(7)によって区画され、前記担持面(7)が、前記主本体(1)の前記頂部(2)及び底部(3)から離間配置され、光を通過させることを可能にする開口部(9)が、前記主本体(1)の前記底部(3)から担持面(7)まで延在し、
前記磁場を生成するための装置が、前記サンプルキャリア(101)の下で延在すると共に前記開口部(9)から離れて配置される磁場導体(16)を含む
ことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記受容部分が、長方形、円形又は十字形状の断面を有する
請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記主本体(1)に、前記デバイスを前記画像化システムにプリセット位置で挿入するための誘導要素が形成される
請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。 - 前記凹部(4)が、第1の立方体形状凹部(5)及び前記第1の立方体形状凹部(5)に直行して横切る第2の立方体形状凹部(6)を有する実質的に断面形状の断面を有し、前記第1の立方体形状凹部(5)の幅及び長さが、前記サンプルキャリア(101)が前記第1の立方体形状凹部(5)に挿入され得るように選択される
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1の立方体形状凹部(5)の前記幅が、前記サンプルキャリア(101)が前記第1の立方体形状凹部(5)へ挿入されるときに前記第1の立方体形状凹部(5)の長手方向壁(8)が前記サンプルキャリア(101)の長手方向縁部(105)に当接する寸法である

請求項9に記載のデバイス構造体。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のデバイスと、当該デバイスが挿入される受容部分と、画像化装置とを含む
ことを特徴とする画像化システム。 - 磁性粒子を含有する生物学的及び/又は化学的サンプルを分析するための方法であって、
(a)サンプルキャリア(101)にサンプル(201)を載置するステップと、
(b)請求項1ないし8に記載のデバイスの前記受容部分に前記サンプルキャリアを載置するステップと、
(c)請求項11に記載の画像化システムの前記受容部分に前記デバイスを挿入するステップと、
(d)前記画像化システムを使用して前記サンプル(201)を分析するステップと、を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。
