Claims (8)
- 電池のアルミケースの製造方法であって、
前記電池は、前記アルミケースの開口に閉止され、前記アルミケースとともに前記電池のケースを形成しているカバーをさらに備え、前記製造方法は、
板本体(11)の少なくとも一面に接着によって絶縁層(12)を被覆して、ここで、前記板本体(11)と前記絶縁層(12)の間には接着層を有することと、
前記絶縁層(12)が被覆された前記板本体(11)をプレス成形して、所定の形状のアルミケースを形成して、ここて、プレス過程において、前記接着層が未硬化であるため、前記絶縁層(12)と前記板本体(11)は相対的に移動することができることと、
前記プレス過程の後に、前記アルミケースにおいて前記絶縁層(12)が前記板本体(11)から脱落しないように、前記接着層が硬化して前記絶縁層(12)と前記板本体(11)とが完全に固定されることと、を含むことを特徴とするアルミケースの製造方法。 - 前記アルミケースの内面に前記絶縁層(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記アルミケースの外面に前記絶縁層(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記アルミケースの内面および外面には、いずれも前記絶縁層(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁層(12)は、プラスチックフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチックフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、又はポリプロピレン(PP)からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記接着層は、加熱又は冷却により硬化することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記絶縁層(12)の厚さは、0.02mm~0.1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
