Description
Claims (16)
- 前面層と背面層との間に光起電力電池を有する光起電力モジュールであって、前記背面層が側周部を有する背面を含む、光起電力モジュールと、
分散型支持フレームであって、
前記光起電力モジュールの前記背面上に取り付けられた複数の支持ハブであり、前記側周部から内側に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの第1の支持ハブ及び前記第1の支持ハブに対してさらに内側に取り付けられた第2の支持ハブを含む前記複数の支持ハブ、及び
前記背面にわたって前記第1の支持ハブと前記側周部との間で横方向に延在する第1の支持部材と、前記第1の支持ハブと前記第2の支持ハブと間で横方向に延在する第2の支持部材と、を有する複数の支持部材と、を含む、分散型支持フレームと
を備える
光起電力パネル。 - 前記第1の支持ハブは、前記側周部から前記背面の内側に取り付けられた上端部と、下端部におけるハブコネクタとを含み、
前記第1の支持ハブの前記上端部と支持スタンドの基部との間で前記分散型支持フレームの前記ハブコネクタに連結されたスタンドコネクタを有する支持スタンドを更に備える、請求項1に記載の光起電力パネル。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の支持ハブは、支持スパンによって互いに横方向にオフセットされた複数の第1の支持ハブを含む、請求項1または2に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記支持スパンが前記背面のモジュール幅の半分になるように、前記複数の第1の支持ハブは、前記背面の各4分の1地点に取り付けられている、請求項3に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記第1の支持部材は、前記背面に面する支持面を含み、外部荷重によって前記前面層が押圧されたとき、前記支持面は、前記背面に接触する、請求項3または4に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記支持面は、前記光起電力モジュールに外部荷重が加えられていない場合に無荷重間隙だけ前記背面から分離され、前記無荷重間隙は、前記外部荷重によって前記前面層が押圧された場合の前記光起電力モジュールの最大偏向より小さい、請求項5に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記複数の支持部材のそれぞれは、各支持ハブから各部材先端部に向かって漸減する部材高さを有し、前記複数の支持部材の前記各部材先端部に連結された支持連結部を更に備える、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記第2の支持ハブは、前記複数の第1の支持ハブのそれぞれから前記支持スパンの2分の1だけ横方向にオフセットされる、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記前面層と前記背面層は弾性係数が異なる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記前面層は、ガラスシートを含み、前記背面層は、高分子シートを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記第1の支持部材は、前記背面に直交する前記第1の支持ハブを通って延在する鉛直軸を中心に対称的に複数配置される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 複数の前記第1の支持部材は、前記鉛直軸を中心にクロス構造において前記第1の支持ハブから延在する4個の支持部材を含む、請求項11に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前記第1の支持ハブは、前記第2の支持ハブを中心に対称的に複数配置され、
前記第2の支持部材は、前記第2の支持ハブを通って延在する鉛直軸を中心に対称的に複数配置される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の光起電力パネル。 - 前記第2の支持ハブは、前記背面に取り付けられた上端部と、下端部におけるハブコネクタとを含み、前記第2の支持ハブの上端部と支持スタンドの基部との間で前記分散型支持フレームの前記ハブコネクタに連結されたスタンドコネクタを有する第2の支持スタンドを更に備える、請求項13に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 複数の前記第2の支持部材は、前記鉛直軸を中心にクロス構造において前記第2の支持ハブから延在する4個の支持部材を含む、請求項13又は14に記載の光起電力パネル。
- 前面層と背面層との間に光起電力電池を有する光起電力モジュールであって、前記背面層が側周部を有する背面を含む、光起電力モジュールと、
分散型支持フレームであって、
前記光起電力モジュールの前記背面上に取り付けられた第1の支持ハブ、及び
前記背面にわたって前記第1の支持ハブから横方向に延在する第1の支持部材を含む、分散型支持フレームと、を備え、
前記第1の支持部材は、前記背面に面する支持面を含み、外部荷重によって前記前面層が押圧されたとき、前記支持面は、前記背面に接触し、
前記支持面は、前記光起電力モジュールに外部荷重が加えられていない場合に無荷重間隙だけ前記背面から分離され、前記無荷重間隙は、前記外部荷重によって前記前面層が押圧された場合の前記光起電力モジュールの最大偏向より小さい、
