Abstract
Description
前記継手部材は同軸上の軸方向の異なる位置に配置された雄係合部及び雌係合部を備え、前記雄係合部及び係止部を備えた雄部材と、前記雌係合部及び被係止部を備えた雌部材とを各別に粉末冶金にて形成した後に、前記係止部と前記被係止部とを係止させて前記雄部材と前記雌部材とを相対回転不能に組み合わせて製造される、ことを特徴とする角度位置保持装置の製造方法が提供される。

Claims (7)
- 入力側機器及び出力側機器を相互に接続する継手部材と、前記継手部材に所要制動トルクを付与する制動トルク付与手段とを具備し、入力側機器から回転トルクが入力されると、前記継手部材は前記所要制動トルクに抗して前記制動トルク付与手段に対して摺動回転し、入力側機器から回転トルクが入力されないときは、前記継手部材は前記所要制動トルクによって保持される角度位置保持装置の製造方法において、
前記継手部材は同軸上の軸方向の異なる位置に配置された雄係合部及び雌係合部を備え、前記雄係合部及び係止部を備えた雄部材と、前記雌係合部及び被係止部を備えた雌部材とを各別に粉末冶金にて形成した後に、前記係止部と前記被係止部とを係止させて前記雄部材と前記雌部材とを相対回転不能に組み合わせて製造される、ことを特徴とする角度位置保持装置の製造方法。 - 前記雄係合部及び前記雌係合部は共に歯車状である、請求項1に記載の角度位置保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記雄係合部のピッチ円直径は前記雌係合部のピッチ円直径以下である、請求項2に記載の角度位置保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記雄係合部は雄セレーション、前記雌係合部は雌セレーションである、請求項2又は3に記載の角度位置保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記雄部材には前記雄係合部の一端が固定されたフランジ部が、前記雌部材には前記フランジ部を受容する凹部が夫々設けられ、前記係止部は前記フランジ部の外周面において径方向外方に突出する突起であると共に、前記被係止部は前記凹部の内周面において前記突起が嵌め合わされる没入部である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の角度位置保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記継手部材の少なくとも前記雌部材を固定のハウジングの内側に配置し、前記継手部材を、前記ハウジングが備える端板及び前記ハウジングに装着されるシールドによって軸方向の両側から支持する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の角度位置保持装置の製造方法。
- 前記制動トルク付与手段はコイルばねであって、線材が螺旋状に巻回された巻回部と前記巻回部から前記線材が径方向外方に延出するフック部とを備え、
自由状態における前記巻回部の内径は前記継手部材の前記雌部材の外径よりも小さく、前記コイルばねは、前記巻回部の内径が拡径された状態で前記雌部材の外周面に装着され、
前記フック部は前記ハウジングの内周面に形成されたフック溝に嵌め合わされて、前記コイルばねは前記ハウジングに対して回転不能であり、前記継手部材が回転すると、前記フック溝内で前記フック部が前記コイルばねの緩み方向に押される、請求項6に記載の角度位置保持装置の製造方法。
