Description
Claims (12)
- 骨の皮質表面と協働するように構成され、ファスナー用の貫通孔を1つ以上含むプレート部と、
第1の端部、及び縦方向に対向する第2の端部を有する本体部材と、を含む、関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラントであって、
前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部は、長軸の周りに形成され、連続的な湾曲形の外表面によって結合され、
前記本体部材は、骨切り術部位周りの回転とチャネル内の回転を防止するために、関連する長骨の骨髄内チャネル内に打ち込むように構成されており、
前記第1の端部は、前記関連する長骨内へ挿入するために先細り状又は鋭利状であり、前記第2の端部は、一体型の2つの部材インプラントを形成するように構成されている、関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。 - 前記本体部材は、前記ファスナー用の貫通孔を含む、請求項1に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記ファスナーは、前記プレート部用のファスナーを含む、請求項2に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記ファスナーは、前記本体部用のファスナーを含む、請求項3に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記本体部の前記貫通孔は、前記本体部材の前記長軸に対して垂直である前記ファスナーの角度を規定する、請求項4に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記プレート部は、2つの貫通孔と2つのファスナーとを含む、請求項1に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記貫通孔は係止貫通孔であり、前記ファスナーは係止ファスナーである、請求項6に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用インプラント。
- 前記プレート部は、前記手術に前もって前記本体部材に結合される別個の部分である、請求項7に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントの前記プレート部は、前記インプラントの前記本体部材の前記長軸からずれている、請求項8に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記プレート部の前記貫通孔は、前記本体部の前記長軸に沿って位置していない、請求項1に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記プレート部の前記底面は、縦方向の軸を有し、骨に面することができ、前記縦方向の軸に沿った曲率半径を含む、請求項1に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
- 前記プレート部は円筒の部分を含む、請求項11に記載の関連する長骨の骨切り術用のインプラント。
