Description
Claims (13)
- X線装置を用い取得した対象物(3)を描写する画像データセットをデータ処理装置が自動的に修正する方法であって、
前記データ処理装置が、
前記対象物(3)の種々の層を描写する複数の個別画像(2)を含む画像データセットを取得し、
前記個別画像(2)のそれぞれに関し、少なくとも1つの所定のマスク閾値を使用して、前記個別画像(2)において前記対象物(3)の異なる構成部位(4,5)を互いに差別化するバイナリマスクを生成し、
すべての前記バイナリマスクを使用して、前記構成部位(4,5)の1つの最大凝集領域(4)を含む前記個別画像(2)の1つを参照画像(2)として求め、
該参照画像(2)の最大凝集領域(4)に属するすべてのピクセル値の平均値を求め、
該求めた平均値及び所定の目標値からオフセットを求め、当該オフセットを、前記平均値を求めるために使用したピクセル値に適用することにより、当該オフセットにより修正したピクセル値の平均値が前記目標値に相当するようにして前記ピクセル値を修正し、
前記画像データセットを修正するために、前記求めたオフセットを前記画像データセットのすべてのピクセル値に適用する、ことを含む方法。 - 前記データ処理装置が、前記参照画像(2)を求めるために、前記バイナリマスクのそれぞれに関し個々にその前記最大凝集領域を求め、そして、すべての前記バイナリマスクについてそれぞれ求めた前記最大凝集領域を互いに比較する、ことを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バイナリマスクを生成するための前記マスク閾値として、空気を軟部組織から差別化すると共に該軟部組織を骨から差別化する2つの異なるCT数を設定し、
前記データ処理装置が、前記個別画像(2)から前記バイナリマスクを生成するために、前記個別画像(2)のピクセルに、前記2つのCT数の間にあるピクセル値に対しては前記バイナリマスクの第1の値を割り当て、前記2つのCT数の小さい方以下又は大きい方以上にあるピクセル値に対しては前記バイナリマスクの第2の値を割り当てる、ことを含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記バイナリマスクを生成する前に、ローパスフィルタを前記画像データセットに適用することを含む請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ローパスフィルタに3Dローパスフィルタを使用する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記データ処理装置が、前記バイナリマスクを生成した後、前記参照画像(2)を求める前に、前記バイナリマスクにエロージョン処理を適用し、このエロージョン処理により、前記バイナリマスクにおける孤立したピクセルの値をそれぞれ他方のバイナリマスク値にセットする、ことを含む請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記データ処理装置が、前記オフセットを求めるために、前記求めた平均値から前記目標値を差し引き、前記画像データセットを修正するために、前記求めたオフセットを前記画像データセットのすべてのピクセル値から差し引く、ことを含む請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記データ処理装置が、
対象物識別アルゴリズムにより前記対象物(3)を自動的に認識し、
該認識した対象物(3)に応じて、種々の対象物に対し予め与えられた複数の目標値から、前記オフセットを求めるための前記目標値を自動的に選択する、ことを含む請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記オフセットを適用して修正した前記画像データセットと、該画像データセットの前記修正と同様にして相応に修正した、別の同種の対象物(3)を描写する少なくとも1つの別の画像データセット(7)とを使用して、前記データ処理装置が、差別化閾値(11)を自動的に求める、ことを含み、
該差別化閾値(11)により、前記対象物(3)の2つの構成部位(4,5)の一義的な区別を可能にする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記データ処理装置が、
前記画像データセットにより前記対象物(3)として患者の頭部(3)を描写し、
修正後の前記画像データセット及び前記差別化閾値(11)を入力データとして画像処理アルゴリズムに提供し、該画像処理アルゴリズムにより、前記差別化閾値(11)に基づき、前記修正後の画像データセットを使用して、前記頭部(3)に存在し得る梗塞コア量を自動的に求める、ことを含む請求項9に記載の方法。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法の各工程をコード化してあり、X線装置により前記各工程を実行するために該X線装置の制御器のデータメモリにロード可能である、コンピュータプログラム。
- X線装置の制御器用データメモリであって、プログラムコードが当該データメモリに記憶されており、該プログラムコードが、少なくとも請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラムを構成する、データメモリ。
- 対象物(3)の種々の断層を描写すると共に合わせて画像データセットを形成する、前記対象物(3)の複数の個別画像(2)を取得する取得装置を備えたX線装置であって、
前記画像データセットを自動的に処理するデータ処理装置を備え、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法を自動的に実行するように構成されている、X線装置。
