前記第一下部の上面は前記第二下部の上面よりも高い位置にあり、
前記第一下部には前記障子の前記一方の空間側の面に当接する下シール部材が装着され、
前記縦枠は、縦見込み片部と、前記縦見込み片部から見付け方向に延出したシール装着部とを有し、
前記シール装着部には前記障子の前記一方の空間側の面に当接する縦シール部材が装着され、
前記下枠および前記縦枠によって構成されるコーナー部には止水部材が設置され、
前記止水部材は、前記第二下部の上面に載せられた座部と、前記座部の前記一方の空間側の縁部から上方に立ち上げられた立上げ片部と、前記座部および前記立上げ片部の側縁に連続した側片部とを有し、
