The present invention relates to a sliding window and door structure of the reverse coupling method, and more particularly, by making the overall thickness of the window pairs constituting the sliding window larger than the width of the window frame to make the window pairs convex than the window frame. It relates to a sliding window structure of the reverse coupling method that can be installed on the wall without exposing the window frame.
In the building, the walls are provided with doors for entrance and exit, windows for light and ventilation, and are called windows and doors collectively. Windows are the only structures that move in a building and are required to be decorative, durable and airtight.
1 is a view showing a conventional sliding window structure of the prior art, the width (thickness) of the
However, such a slide window structure has a problem that it is difficult to apply when the wall on which the window frame is installed is thin. Because the window sill is manufactured to the required thickness in consideration of durability and strength, the window sill should be made to have the width more than the thickness of the window sill, and the larger the width of the window sill is difficult to install on the thin wall. Even if it is installed, the window frame is more protruding than the wall and thus hurts the overall appearance.
In addition, there is more room to add decorative elements to window-pairs than window-frames, but the conventional window-window structure is a form of a window-holl frame that encloses the window-pairs. There was.
The present invention has been made to improve the above-mentioned conventional problems, by making the overall thickness of the window pairs constituting the sliding window structure larger than the width of the window frame so that the window pairs are convex than the window frame so that even thin walls. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding window structure of the reverse coupling method that can be installed.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sliding window and door structure of the reverse coupling method to further enhance the decorative properties of the window pair by completing the form to expose the front of the window pair not the window frame.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a sliding window structure of a reverse coupling type in which a gasket and a mohair are properly mounted to improve airtightness.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sliding window and door structure installed in an opening of a building,
The frame is configured to include a rail jaw formed in contact with the end; An underlay having the same structure as the uppertle; A window frame configured to include one side frame forming an end portion of the rail jaw formed so as to be connected to the rail jaw of the upper frame and the underframe; And,
상면, 하면 및 일측면에 상기 창호틀의 웃틀, 밑틀 및 일측선틀의 레일턱이 수용되는 레일홈이 연속적으로 형성되어 상기 창호틀을 슬라이딩(sliding)하는 창호짝;을 포함하여 구성되며,The upper surface, the lower surface and one side of the window groove frame, the rail groove for receiving the rail jaw of the bottom frame and one side frame is formed continuously, the window pairs sliding the window frame;
When the rail jaw of the window frame is fitted into the rail groove of the window pair, the window pair is installed to surround the end of the window frame so that the window pair is more convex than the window frame provides a sliding window structure of the reverse coupling method.
In addition, the present invention is a sliding window structure installed in the opening of the building,
Utlet divided into the rail jaw of both ends and the center portion recessed than the rail jaw of both ends; An underlay having the same structure as the uppertle; A left side frame formed at one end of the rail jaw formed so as to be connected to the rail jaw at one end of the upper frame or the bottom of the frame; And a window frame of a square frame including a right frame formed with a rail stool in a direction opposite to the left frame.
상면, 하면 및 좌측면에 상기 창호틀의 웃틀, 밑틀 및 좌측선틀의 레일턱이 수용되는 레일홈이 연속적으로 형성되어 상기 창호틀을 슬라이딩(sliding)하는 좌측창호짝;A left side window pair which is formed on the upper surface, the bottom side, and the left side of the window recess to continuously receive rail tops of the upper frame, the bottom frame and the left side frame of the window frame;
상면, 하면 및 우측면에 상기 창호틀의 웃틀, 밑틀 및 우측선틀의 레일턱이 수용되는 레일홈이 연속적으로 형성되어 상기 창호틀을 슬라이딩(sliding)하는 우측창호짝;을 포함하여 구성되며,The upper surface, the lower surface and the right side rail grooves for receiving the rail frame of the upper frame, the bottom frame and the right frame of the window frame is continuously formed and the right window pairs sliding the window frame;
When the rail jaw of the window frame is fitted into the rail grooves of the left and right window pairs, the left and right window pairs are installed to surround both ends of the window frame, so that the left and right window pairs are more convex than the window frame. It provides a sliding window and door structure.
The present invention is characterized in that the overall thickness of the window pairs constituting the sliding window is larger than the width of the window frame, for this purpose, the present invention is not to form the rail jaw of the window frame within the width of the window frame It is formed to contact with. As a result, the window-pairs are completed in a structure that surrounds the window-frame, and the window-pairs are exposed convexly. Such a sliding window structure will be applicable if the wall thickness is secured only to enable stable installation of the window frame having a width smaller than the total thickness of the window pair even if the total thickness of the window pair is thicker than the wall thickness.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
FIG. 2 is an elevation view showing an embodiment of a reverse coupling sliding window structure according to the present invention, and shows a sliding window structure in which two pairs of
As shown in the drawing, the sliding window structure of the present invention has a large difference in the formation position of the window
Looking at the sliding window structure of the two-pair configuration of Figure 2 in detail, the
When the rail jaw 1850 of the window frame is fitted to the
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ of FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 is a detailed view of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB ′ of FIG. 2, and FIG. 7 is a detailed view of FIG. 6 illustrating a
Until now, the present invention has been described with a focus on a sliding window structure in which two pairs of window pairs are installed. However, even when one pair of window pairs is installed or three or more pairs of window pairs are installed, the two pairs of window pairs described above. The application of the present invention will be possible through a simple design change of the sliding window structure is installed.
According to the present invention as described above, by making the total thickness of the window pairs constituting the sliding window and door structure larger than the width of the window frame so that the window pairs are convex than the window frame, it is possible to install on a thin wall. In addition, it is possible to further enhance the decoration of the window pairs by completing the form to expose the front of the window pairs, not the window frame. Furthermore, if the gasket and the mohair are properly attached to the sliding window of such a structure, the airtightness can be expected to be improved.
