However, the above-described conventional fitting has a structure in which the airtight member provided on the vertical frame is in contact with the metal indoor end surface near the hinge of the vertical frame on the hanging side. Therefore, there is a demand for a fitting with a new structure on the suspension side, such as improving the heat insulation effect, and there is room for improvement in this respect.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and an object thereof is to provide a fitting that can realize a new structure that can effectively use the space between the vertical frame on the suspension base and the vertical frame. And

In order to achieve the above object, the fitting according to the present invention stores a shoji in a frame body formed in a quadrangular frame so that the shoji can be opened and closed, and a vertical frame on the hanging side of the frame and a vertical side on the hanging side of the shoji. A frame and a joiner connected by a hinge, the vertical frame on the suspension base side is an inner side in the finding direction so as to cover at least a part of the indoor side end surface of the vertical frame on the suspension base side when viewed from the indoor side. A door stop plate protruding toward, the vertical frame is formed from a metal vertical frame and a resin vertical frame located on the indoor side of the vertical frame, and the resin vertical frame constitutes a ridge. The indoor side end surface of the ridge in the vertical frame on the suspension base side and the door contact plate are arranged in a state of being separated from each other, and the door contact plate faces the ridge in a prospective direction and is arranged on the outdoor side. A guard member made of an elastic member protruding toward is provided , the vertical frame on the suspension base side is provided with a vertical frame fixing surface facing the suspension base side mounting surface of the vertical frame, and the vertical frame, A projecting portion that projects outward from the suspension base side mounting surface in the mounting direction is provided, and in the vertical frame, from the fixed surface located outside the vertical frame fixing surface in the mounting direction to the door tip side. An airtight member made of an elastic member projecting toward the airtight member is provided, and a protruding end of the airtight member abuts the protruding portion in an airtight state, and the airtight member has an outdoor space isolated by the airtight member. It is characterized in that it is arranged so as to be located on the outdoor side with respect to the indoor end surface of the vertical frame on the suspension base side .

In the present invention, since the indoor side end surface of the ledge on the suspension base side vertical frame and the door stop plate are arranged in a state of being separated from each other, for example, the separated space can be made to function as a heat insulating layer. It is possible to realize a new structure that can effectively use the space between the vertical frame on the side and the vertical frame.
Further, since the gap between the indoor side end surface of the ledge on the vertical frame and the door stop plate is hard to be seen from the indoor side by the guard member, there is an advantage that it is difficult for a finger or the like to enter the gap.
Further, in the present invention, the gap located at the back of the guard member is not exposed to the indoor side and is hidden when viewed from the indoor side, so that the designability can be improved.

Further, in the case of the present invention , the airtight member can form an airtight line that airtightly isolates the outdoors from the indoors. As a result, the gap formed between the indoor side end surface of the vertical frame on the suspension base side and the door stop plate becomes an air layer isolated from the outdoors, so that the heat insulation performance can be improved.
Further, in the present invention, the suspension base side mounting surface of the vertical frame with which the airtight member is in contact is formed of a metal member such as an aluminum alloy, and the airtightness of the suspension base side can be secured by this airtight member, so the guard member Does not need to be airtight. Therefore, the indoor side end surface of the vertical frame on the hanging side, which is a portion facing the guard member and exposed to the indoor, can be formed of the resin member, so that the heat insulating performance can be improved.

Further, in the fitting according to the present invention, it is preferable that the vertical frame fixing surface of the vertical frame is arranged in a state of being separated from the suspension base side mounting surface of the vertical frame.

In the present invention, in addition to the space between the ledge of the vertical frame and the door stop plate, a space is further formed between the vertical frame fixing surface of the vertical frame and the suspension base side mounting surface of the vertical frame. It becomes possible to use the space more effectively.

Further, in the fitting according to the present invention, it is preferable that a gap be formed between the protruding end of the guard member and the indoor end surface of the vertical frame.

In this case, the airtight member can ensure the airtightness, and it is not necessary to give the guard member the airtightness. Therefore, it is possible to shorten the protruding length of the guard member to the extent that the designability from the indoor side is not impaired. it can.

Further, in the fitting according to the present invention, it is preferable that an indoor surface of the airtight member on the suspension base side is in contact with an outer surface of an airtight member of an upper frame or a lower frame of the frame body.

In this case, since the airtight member of the upper frame or the lower frame of the frame body is in contact with the airtight member on the suspension base side from the indoor side, higher airtightness can be secured.
Further, in the present invention, even when some rainwater enters from the joint between the airtight members on the suspension side, since the guard member is provided on the indoor side of the airtight member, the splash due to the entry of the rainwater For example, it is possible to prevent the inside of the room from getting wet and to ensure high water tightness.

Further, the fitting according to the present invention may be characterized in that the guard member is provided at an inner end portion on the inner side in the finding direction of the door stop plate.

In this case, the guard member is located at the inner end of the door stop plate, and the gap between the indoor end face of the vertical frame and the door stop plate cannot be seen from the indoor side by the guard member. The designability seen from above can be further improved.

According to the fitting of the present invention, it is possible to realize a new structure in which the space between the vertical frame on the suspension base side and the vertical frame can be effectively used.

The glass panel 15 is firmly fixed by a sealing member 16 such as silicon rubber provided in the panel receiving groove 10a, or an adhesive or the like. Similarly, the glass panel 15 is firmly fixed by the seal member 16 and the panel receiving grooves 11a, 12a, 13a formed in the lower frame 11 and the left and right vertical frames 12, 13, respectively.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, for example, the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11 of the frame door 1 and the vertical frame 12 on the hanging side (the left side of the paper in FIG. 3) are the resin upper frame 52 of the upper frame 5 on the indoor side. , The lower resin frame 62 of the lower frame 6 and the vertical resin frame 72 of the vertical frame 7 on the suspension base side have a hidden frame structure. Therefore, the width of the upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, and the vertical frame 12 on the hanging side in the finding direction X is formed smaller than the width of the vertical frame 13 on the door end side. In the upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, and the vertical frame 12, even if the amount of the glass panel 15 to be swallowed is large, for example, 15 mm, the frame member 14 can be firmly fixed because it is formed integrally with the glass panel 15 by the seal member 16. Therefore, the glass panel 15 can prevent the frame 14 from being distorted even when the shoji screen 3 receives a strong wind or the like.

Further, in FIGS. 3 and 4, a plurality of hinges 20 are fixed in the vertical direction Y at predetermined intervals between the vertical frame 7 on the suspension base side and the vertical frame 12 of the shoji screen 3. In the hinge 20, one first attachment plate 21 of the shaft portion 23 is fixed to the support frame portion 73 of the metal vertical frame 71 with bolts 24, and the other second attachment plate 22 is attached to the suspension base side of the metal vertical frame 121. It is fixed to the surface 121a with bolts 25. The mounting surface of the suspension-side support frame 73 to which the hinge 20 is mounted in the closed state of the shoji 3 and the metal vertical frame 121 of the shoji 3 are provided parallel to each other in the prospective direction Z.

Further, a protruding portion 121c that extends outward in the finding direction X from the hanging base side mounting surface 121a is formed on the indoor side of the hanging base side mounting surface 121a of the metal vertical frame 121 to which the second mounting plate 22 is fixed. The first airtight member 41 fixed to the connecting portion 76 of the metal vertical frame 71 is in contact with the hanging-side protruding end surface 121b that forms the protruding end of the protruding portion 121c.
A space between the indoor end face 122a of the resin vertical frame 122 of the vertical frame 12 on the hanging side and the metal flange 74 and the resin flange 75 of the vertical frame 7 is surrounded by the first airtight member 41 and the guard member 42. A heat insulating space S1 is formed. Further, when the shoji 3 is closed, a second gap S2 is formed between the metal vertical frame 71, the metal vertical frame 121, and the first airtight member 41.
In this way, the metal vertical frame 121 is covered from the indoor side by the resin flange 75 and the resin vertical frame 122 made of resin, and is in a state, for example.

Further, in the shoji 3, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, handles 26 are attached to the vertical frame 13 on the door end side on both sides of the central portion in the height direction thereof. By rotating the handle 26, a rod (not shown) is vertically moved on both upper and lower sides of the Gremon lock to advance and retreat to the upper frame 5 and the lower frame 6 shown in FIG. 2 for locking and unlocking.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a friction arm 27 for assisting the opening/closing operation of the shoji 3 is attached to the metal upper frame 51 of the frame 2 and the metal upper frame 101 of the shoji 3.

Next, the operation of the frame door 1 according to this embodiment will be described.
In the frame door 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the indoor side end surface 122a of the resin vertical frame 122 in the vertical frame 12 on the hanging side and the resin vertical frame of the vertical frame 7 on the hanging side. Since the resin flange 75 of 72 is disposed in a state of being separated from each other, for example, the separated space can also function as a heat insulating layer, and the space between the vertical frame 7 and the vertical frame 12 on the suspension base side ( It is possible to realize a new structure that can effectively use the first gap S1).

Further, in the present embodiment, even when the finger enters the first gap S1 between the indoor end surface 122a of the resin vertical frame 122 and the resin flange 75 of the resin vertical frame 72 when opening and closing the shoji 3, the guard member Elastic deformation of 42 can prevent finger jamming.
Furthermore, since the first gap S1 can be formed on the inner side of the guard member 42, a state in which a finger is sandwiched between the indoor end surface 122a of the vertical frame 12 on the hanging side and the elastically deformed guard member 42. Even in this case, a part of the finger can be released to the first gap S1. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the entire finger from being sandwiched between the resin vertical frame 72 and the resin flange 75 in a pressed state, and to reduce the feeling of pressure on the finger.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, since the first gap S1 is hard to be seen from the indoor side by the guard member 42, there is an advantage that it is difficult for a finger or the like to enter the first gap S1.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first gap S1 located at the back of the guard member 42 is not exposed to the indoor side and is hidden when viewed from the indoor side, so that the designability can be improved. ..

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the first airtight member 41 forms an airtight line P (two-dot chain line shown in FIG. 4) that airtightly separates the outdoors from the indoors. be able to. As a result, the first gap S1 formed between the indoor end surface 122a of the vertical frame 12 on the suspension base side and the resin flange 75 of the vertical frame 7 serves as an air layer isolated from the outdoors, thus improving heat insulation performance. Can be made.

Further, in the present embodiment, the suspension frame side mounting surface 121a of the vertical frame 12 with which the first airtight member 41 abuts is formed of a metal member such as an aluminum alloy, and the airtightness of the suspension frame side is formed by the first airtight member 41. Therefore, it is not necessary to make the guard member 42 airtight. Therefore, since the indoor side end surface 122a of the resin vertical frame 122 in the vertical frame 12 on the hanging side, which is the part facing the guard member 42 and exposed to the indoor, can be formed of the resin member, and thus the heat insulation performance can be improved. Can be improved.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, in addition to the first gap S1, a gap formed between the vertical frame fixing surface 73a of the support frame portion 73 of the vertical frame 7 and the suspension-side mounting surface 121a of the vertical frame 12 ( Since the second gap S2) is formed, these gaps S1 and S2 can be used more effectively.
Further, even when a finger enters the second gap S2 when opening and closing the shoji 3, the second gap S2 is still formed with the shoji 3 closed, so that the finger is prevented from being caught. You can Moreover, at this time, since the first gap S1 is also formed, even if the finger enters the second gap S2, the feeling of pressure on the finger can be suppressed to be small.

Furthermore, in the frame door 1 according to the present embodiment, the airtightness can be secured by the first airtight member 41, and it is not necessary to give the guard member 42 the airtightness, so that the design from the indoor side is not impaired. The protruding length of the guard member 42 can be shortened to some extent. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the load on the finger when the finger is sandwiched between the guard member 42 and the indoor side end surface 122a of the vertical frame 12.

Further, in this case, since the guard member 42 is located at the inner end portion 75a of the resin flange 75 and the first gap S1 is invisible from the indoor side by the guard member 42, the designability seen from the indoor side is improved. It can be further improved.

Although the embodiment of the fitting according to the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the suspension base side attachment surface 121a of the vertical frame 12 is configured to be parallel to the support frame portion 73 of the vertical frame 7, but the configuration is not limited to this, and the suspension frame is not limited thereto. The suspension base side mounting surface 121a of the metal vertical frame 121 of the base vertical frame 12 may be formed to be inclined in a tapered shape to form the second gap S2 having a substantially triangular cross section.
Specifically, in the configuration shown in FIG. 6, in the closed state of the shoji 3, the metal vertical frame 71 on the suspension side where the hinge 20 is attached and the metal vertical frame 121 of the shoji 3 are close to each other in a substantially tapered state. ing. That is, when the shoji screen 3 is closed, a substantially triangular second gap S2 is formed between the metal vertical frame 71, the metal vertical frame 121, and the first airtight member 41 described above. A first airtight member 41 extending in the up-down direction Y is provided at the indoor side end of the vertical frame fixing surface 73a on the glass panel 15 side of the support frame 73. In addition, a contact portion (a portion 121b) that is parallel to the metal vertical frame 71 is formed on the indoor side portion of the hanging side mounting surface 121a of the metal vertical frame 121 to which the second mounting plate 22 is fixed. The first airtight member 41 fixed to the metal vertical frame 71 is in contact with this contact portion.
A space between the indoor end face 122a of the resin vertical frame 122 of the vertical frame 12 on the hanging side and the metal flange 74 and the resin flange 75 of the vertical frame 7 is surrounded by the first airtight member 41 and the guard member 42. A first gap S1 is formed.
Further, in this case, a gap (second gap S2) formed between the vertical frame fixing surface 73a of the support frame portion 73 of the vertical frame 7 and the suspension base side mounting surface 121a of the vertical frame 12 when the shoji 3 is opened and closed. Even when the finger enters (), since the second gap S2 is still formed with the shoji 3 closed, the finger can be prevented from being caught. Moreover, at this time, since the first gap S1 is also formed, even if the finger enters the second gap S2, the feeling of pressure on the finger can be suppressed to be small.

Further, in the present embodiment, the vertical frame fixing surface 73a of the vertical frame 7 is provided with the first airtight member 41, but the first airtight member 41 may be omitted. In this case, the guard member 42 may be made airtight, and the guard member 42 may be provided with airtight lines for outdoor and indoor. That is, the guard member 42 may be in contact with the indoor end surface 122a of the vertical frame 12 with the shoji 3 closed. In this way, the gap is not limited to being formed between the protruding end 42a of the guard member 42 and the indoor end surface 122a of the vertical frame 12.

Further, the position of the guard member 42 in the finding direction X with respect to the door stop plate (the metal flange 74 and the resin flange 75) of the vertical frame 7 is the inner end portion 75a of the resin flange 75 as in the above-described embodiment. The position is not limited, and may be arranged at an appropriate position outside the inner end 75a in the finding direction X.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, and the vertical frame 12 on the suspension base side are hidden frame structures in the above-described embodiments, but instead of this, the upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, the suspension frame side. At least one of the vertical frames 12 may have a hidden frame structure. Alternatively, the hidden frame structure may not be adopted.

Moreover, it is preferable that the indoor side surface of the first airtight member 41 on the suspending side is in contact with the outer surface of the airtight material of the upper frame 5 or the lower frame 6 of the frame body 2.
In this case, since the airtight material of the upper frame 5 or the lower frame 6 of the frame body 2 is in contact with the airtight member 41 on the suspension side from the indoor side, higher airtightness can be secured. Furthermore, even if some rainwater enters from the joint between the airtight members on the suspension side, the guard member 42 is provided closer to the indoor side than the first airtight member 41, so the rainwater will cause splashing. For example, it is possible to prevent the inside of the room from getting wet and to ensure high water tightness.

In this embodiment, the frame door 1 is a composite fitting made of a metal member such as an aluminum alloy and a resin member, but instead of this, a door made of a metal member such as an aluminum alloy or a door made of a resin member is used. It can also be applied to joinery.
Further, although the swing type frame door 1 such as a door is described in the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to such a frame door 1, and the vertical sliding window, the horizontal sliding window, etc. It can also be applied to various fittings. Further, the shoji contained in the frame of the fitting includes not only the door but also various shoji such as windows.
