Claims (12)
- 少なくとも2つの別個のユニット(11,12,13)からなり、各ユニット(11,12,13)は複数のピン(1,2,3)からなり、各ピン(1,2,3)は燃料電池スタック電圧を監視するために燃料電池スタック(20)のプレートに接触するように構成されている、燃料電池スタック電圧監視用の電気コネクタ(10)であって、
各ユニット(11,12,13)の第1のピン(1)は、別のユニットの基準電圧を参照することなく、基準電圧の測定を行うように構成され、前記第1のピン(1)を除く各ピン(2、3)は、各ユニット(11、12、13)の前記第1のピン(1)によって測定された基準電圧に対する電圧の測定を行うように構成されることを特徴とする、電気コネクタ(10)。 - 各ユニット(11,12,13)は摩擦嵌合接続を用いて前記燃料電池スタック(20)に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1に記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 前記少なくとも2つのユニット(11,12,13)に接続され、前記電気コネクタ(10)をセル電圧測定システムと接続するように構成されたプラグ(7)をさらに備えている、請求項1または2に記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 少なくとも2つのプラグ(7)であって、各々が前記少なくとも2つのユニット(11,12,13)の1つに接続されており、前記電気コネクタ(10)をセル電圧測定システムと接続するように構成されているプラグ(7)をさらに備えている、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 各ユニット(11,12,13)および/または前記プラグ(7)は、剛性保持要素上に設けられる、請求項3又は4に記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 前記プラグ(7)と前記少なくとも2つのユニット(11,12,13)は、可撓性プラスチック材料に結合された導電路(4,5,6)を介して接続される、請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 前記プラグ(7)は、前記プラグ(7)の位置決めを可変的にする取り付け要素(28)を用いて、前記燃料電池スタック(20)の保持要素(26)に取り付け可能である、請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 1つのユニット(11,12,13)の前記ピン(1,2,3)は少なくとも2列に配置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 少なくとも前記ユニット(11,12,13)の第1のユニット(11)は、前記第1のピン(1)がその上に配置される突出部(14)を備えており、少なくとも前記ユニット(11,12,13)の第2のユニット(13)は、前記突出部(14)に対して合致するように形成されている凹部(15)を備えており、前記第1のユニット(11)の前記突出部(14)と前記第2のユニット(13)の前記凹部(15)が合致している、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ(10)。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の少なくとも2つの電気コネクタ(10)からなる電気コネクタ配置構造。
- 流体流動フィールドプレート(21,22,23)と、膜電極接合体とからなる少なくとも2つの燃料電池ユニットと、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの電気コネクタ(10)とを備えた燃料電池スタック(20)からなる燃料電池スタック配置構造であって、組み立てられた状態では、前記少なくとも2つのユニット(11,12,13)の前記ピン(1,2,3)は、燃料電池スタック電圧を監視するために前記少なくとも2つの燃料電池ユニットの前記流体流動フィールドプレート(21,22,23)と接触するように配置される、燃料電池スタック配置構造。
- 前記少なくとも2つのユニット(11,12,13)の前記ピン(1,2,3)を燃料電池スタック(20)の流体流動フィールドプレート(21,22,23)に接触させることによって請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の電気コネクタ(10)を前記燃料電池スタック(20)に配置するステップであって、前記ユニット(11,12,13)のうちの1つの前記ピン(1,2,3)は続いて配置された前記流体流動フィールドプレート(21,22,23)を接続するステップと;
前記ユニット(11,12,13)の前記第1のピン(1)を使用して、前記ユニット(11,12,13)によって接続された前記流体流動フィールドプレート(21,22,23)の電圧監視用の基準電圧を決定するステップとからなる、燃料電池スタック電圧監視の方法。
