Claims (1)
- 水の電気分解を、脈流と高周波トランスを用いて発生させた数億電子ボルトから数千億電子ボルトという単位で電子単極電荷を、数サイクルから数百サイクルという単位で水の中に、スパーク放電させて、瞬間的に大量の水の電気分解を行って水素と酸素を得、これを燃料とすると共に排気ガスである蒸気を再液化して再利用することを特徴とする水を原料として、レシプロエンジン、その他の燃焼汽缶、燃焼器具を働かせる方法。
