Claims (9)
- 装置であって、
超音波センサアレイと、
少なくとも一部が前記超音波センサアレイに結合されている制御システムとを備え、前記制御システムは、
前記超音波センサアレイによって生成される第1の画像データを取得するステップであって、前記第1の画像データは、第1の取得時間窓において対象物体から前記超音波センサアレイの少なくとも一部によって受信される少なくとも1つの第1の反射超音波に対応し、前記対象物体は、ユーザの指を含み、第1の取得時間遅延および前記第1の取得時間窓は前記対象物体の指紋特徴および1つまたは複数の表皮下特徴に対応するようにする、前記第1の画像データを取得するステップと、
前記超音波センサアレイによって生成される第2の画像データを取得するステップであって、前記第2の画像データは、前記第1の取得時間窓よりも狭い第2の取得時間窓において前記対象物体から前記超音波センサアレイの少なくとも前記一部によって受信される少なくとも1つの第2の反射超音波に対応し、第1の取得時間遅延より長い第2の取得時間遅延および前記第2の取得時間窓は前記第2の画像データが前記対象物体の少なくとも1つの表皮下特徴に対応するようにする、前記第2の画像データを取得するステップと、
前記第1の画像データから第1の指紋データを抽出するステップと、

- 前記実行された認証プロセスの一部として、前記対象物体の表面上の指紋特徴は、登録された指紋テンプレートに基づき識別され、前記実行された認証プロセスは、前記識別された指紋特徴に基づき前記対象物体の表面下領域内で取得された複数の画像データにさらに基づく請求項1に記載の装置。
- 候補ユーザは、前記表面下領域内で取得された前記複数の画像データ内の1つまたは複数の時間的変動の有無に、少なくとも一部は基づき検証される請求項5に記載の装置。
- 認証方法であって、
超音波センサアレイによって生成される第1の画像データを取得するステップであって、前記第1の画像データは、第1の取得時間窓において対象物体から前記超音波センサアレイの少なくとも一部によって受信される少なくとも1つの第1の反射超音波に対応する、ステップと、
第1の取得時間遅延および前記第1の取得時間窓は、前記第1の画像データが前記対象物体の指紋特徴および1つまたは複数の表皮下特徴に対応するようにし、
前記超音波センサアレイによって生成される第2の画像データを取得するステップであって、前記第2の画像データは、前記第1の取得時間窓よりも狭い第2の取得時間窓において前記対象物体から前記超音波センサアレイの少なくとも前記一部によって受信される少なくとも1つの第2の反射超音波に対応する、ステップと、
第1の取得時間遅延より長い第2の取得時間遅延および前記第2の取得時間窓は、前記第2の画像データが前記対象物体の表皮下特徴に対応するようにし、
前記第1の画像データから第1の指紋データを抽出するステップと、
前記第1の画像データが前記第1の指紋データと異なる第2の指紋データを含まないとの決定により、前記第1の指紋データと前記第1の画像データおよび第2の画像データより抽出された表皮下特徴データとに少なくとも一部は基づき認証プロセスを実行するステップと
を含む、認証方法。 - 前記対象物体の表面の表面指紋特徴および前記対象物体の前記表面より下にある表面下指紋特徴が検出された場合に前記第1の画像データ、前記第2の画像データ、指紋特徴点、指紋キーポイント、または指紋特徴のうちの少なくとも1つを記憶するステップをさらに含む請求項7に記載の認証方法。
- ソフトウェアが記憶される非一時的媒体であって、前記ソフトウェアは、1つまたは複数のデバイスを請求項7または請求項8に記載の認証方法を実行するように制御するための命令を含む、非一時的媒体。
