Description
実施の形態1に係るマルチプレクサについて、クアッドプレクサの例を挙げて説明する。
実施の形態2に係るフィルタが適用されるマルチプレクサについて、バンドパスフィルタとノッチフィルタとを備えるマルチプレクサの例を挙げて説明する。
本発明の一態様に係るマルチプレクサは、共通端子と第1端子とを結ぶ第1経路上に配置された第1フィルタと、前記共通端子と第2端子とを結ぶ第2経路上に配置された第2フィルタと、を備え、前記第1フィルタの通過帯域に含まれる周波数の第1信号と前記第2フィルタの通過帯域に含まれる周波数の第2信号とから生じる相互変調歪の周波数が前記第2フィルタの通過帯域に含まれ、前記第1フィルタおよび前記第2フィルタのうち少なくともいずれか一方のフィルタは、複数の弾性波共振子を有し、前記複数の弾性波共振子のうち、前記共通端子に最も近い共振子の比誘電率は、他の共振子の比誘電率より小さい。

Claims (10)
- 共通端子と第1端子とを結ぶ第1経路上に配置された第1フィルタと、
前記共通端子と第2端子とを結ぶ第2経路上に配置された第2フィルタと、を備え、
前記第1フィルタの通過帯域に含まれる周波数の第1信号と前記第2フィルタの通過帯域に含まれる周波数の第2信号とから生じる相互変調歪の周波数が前記第2フィルタの通過帯域に含まれ、
前記第1フィルタおよび前記第2フィルタのうち少なくともいずれか一方のフィルタは、複数の弾性波共振子を有し、
前記複数の弾性波共振子のうち、前記共通端子に最も近い共振子の比誘電率は、他の共振子の比誘電率より小さく、
前記複数の弾性波共振子のうち、前記共通端子に最も近い共振子のサイズは、他の共振子のサイズより大きい、
マルチプレクサ。 - 共通端子と第1端子とを結ぶ第1経路上に配置された第1フィルタと、
前記共通端子と第2端子とを結ぶ第2経路上に配置された第2フィルタと、
前記共通端子と第3端子とを結ぶ第3経路上に配置された第3フィルタと、を備え、
前記第1フィルタの通過帯域に含まれる周波数の第1信号と前記第2フィルタの通過帯域に含まれる周波数の第2信号とから生じる相互変調歪の周波数が前記第3フィルタの通過帯域に含まれ、
前記第1フィルタおよび前記第2フィルタのうち少なくともいずれか一方のフィルタは、複数の弾性波共振子を有し、
前記複数の弾性波共振子のうち、前記共通端子に最も近い共振子の比誘電率は、他の共振子の比誘電率より小さく、
前記複数の弾性波共振子のうち、前記共通端子に最も近い共振子のサイズは、他の共振子のサイズより大きい、

請求項4に記載のマルチプレクサ。 - 前記第1フィルタは、前記複数の弾性波共振子を有し、
前記第1フィルタが有する前記複数の弾性波共振子は、前記第1経路上に配置された1以上の直列共振子、および前記第1経路上の1以上のノードとグランドとを結ぶ1以上の経路上にそれぞれ配置された1以上の並列共振子である、
請求項1または2に記載のマルチプレクサ。 - 前記第1フィルタは、前記複数の弾性波共振子を有し、
前記第1フィルタが有する前記複数の弾性波共振子は、前記第1経路上に、前記共通端子に近い側からこの順に配置された直列共振子および縦結合型共振子である、
請求項1または2に記載のマルチプレクサ。 - 前記第2フィルタは、前記複数の弾性波共振子を有し、
前記第2フィルタが有する前記複数の弾性波共振子は、前記第2経路上に配置された1以上の直列共振子、および前記第2経路上の1以上のノードとグランドとを結ぶ1以上の経路上にそれぞれ配置された1以上の並列共振子である、
請求項3に記載のマルチプレクサ。 - 前記第2フィルタは、前記複数の弾性波共振子を有し、
前記第2フィルタが有する前記複数の弾性波共振子は、前記第2経路上に、前記共通端子に近い側からこの順に配置された直列共振子および縦結合型共振子である、
請求項3に記載のマルチプレクサ。 - 前記第1フィルタおよび前記第2フィルタのうち、一方のフィルタの通過帯域は1920MHz以上1980MHz以下であり、他方のフィルタの通過帯域は1710MHz以上1785MHz以下であり、
前記第3フィルタの通過帯域は、2110MHz以上2200MHz以下である、
