複数のLED光源が実装されたLED基板と、前記LED基板を覆う拡散性を有するカバー部材と、前記LED基板と前記カバー部材を取り付けるための取付部材とを備える光源ユニットと、長尺状に形成され長手方向に沿って収容凹部が設けられる器具本体とが分離される直管型LED照明器具において、
前記カバー部材は、
前面に膨出する部位であって、カバー内側端部が前記収容凹部の開口端より外側に位置する円弧状部と、
該円弧状部の両端から内側に折り返す部位であって、前記収容凹部の開口端より内側まで折り返す折り返し部と、
前記収容凹部の開口端より内側に位置し、長手方向に沿って前記折り返し部と直交する一対の突壁部と、
前記折り返し部の前記突壁部の反対面であって、前記突壁部の基部の延長線上に位置する部位に、前記折り返し部と直交し、かつ、前記突壁部が延出するように形成される第2突壁部と、
前記円弧状部と前記折り返し部の接合部に、前記折り返し部と直交するように形成される凸部、を備えることを特徴とする光源ユニットのカバー部材。
