Description

The present invention relates to a reflector used in a lighting fixture, and a lighting fixture using the reflector.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in a ceiling-embedded lighting fixture that uses two straight tube fluorescent lamps, two straight tube fluorescent lamps are disposed inside the fixture main body having an open bottom surface.

In such ceiling-mounted lighting fixtures, there is one in which the light shielding angle is controlled in order to prevent a lamp image from being reflected on a glare cut or a monitor. For example, when the height of the fixture body is high, the lamp is disposed behind the lower opening of the fixture body, or a reflector having a substantially V-shaped reflecting surface between two straight tube fluorescent lamps. A plurality of baffles arranged so as to intersect with the longitudinal direction of the straight tube fluorescent lamp are attached at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the reflector.

In the case of a thin appliance body with a low height, the straight tube fluorescent lamp is arranged at a position close to the lower surface opening of the appliance main body, and a predetermined light shielding is performed by a reflector or baffle arranged in the appliance main body. Since it becomes difficult to obtain a corner, a light shielding portion is extended downward from the top of the reflection surface portion having a substantially V-shaped cross section, and a plurality of baffles are arranged from the top of the light shielding portion to the light shielding portion and the baffle. A predetermined light shielding angle is obtained by projecting downward from the lower surface opening.

In order to improve the design, the end portion side of the light shielding portion is provided with an inclined portion that is inclined from the front end side of the light shielding portion toward the top side of the reflection surface portion, and the end portion of the light shielding portion is the edge of the instrument body. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 7-50563 (page 3-4, Fig. 1-3)

However, since the reflector is formed of a sheet metal material, the light shielding portion is bent into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and each reflecting surface portion is bent, so that a gap is generated in the light shielding portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section. The gap of the part is visible from the inclined part at the end, and the appearance is impaired.

Then, although there exists a method of covering the edge part of an inclination part with a mold component, a sheet metal component, etc., there exists a problem which must use components different from a reflecting plate.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the reflector and lighting fixture which do not need to use the separate components which cover the inclination part, without impairing the external appearance in the inclination part of a light-shielding part. .

The reflector according to claim 1 includes a reflective surface portion having a substantially V-shaped cross section; a light shielding portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section continuously extended from the top of the reflective surface portion; and an end portion of the light shielding portion from the front end side of the light shielding portion. An inclined portion provided in an inclined shape toward the top side of the reflecting surface portion; and a bent portion bent so as to close the end surface of the light shielding portion from the edge portion of the inclined portion.

The reflector is formed, for example, by bending a sheet metal material. For example, the bent portion may be curved in an arc shape, bend in an inclined shape or substantially at a right angle, or bend only from the edge of the inclined portion on one side, or on the edge of the inclined portion on both sides You may bend so that it may mutually approach. To close the end face of the light shielding portion means to reduce or eliminate the gap between the light shielding portions having a substantially U-shaped cross section at the bent portion.

The reflector according to claim 2 is the reflector according to claim 1, wherein the bent portion is curved so as to approach each other from the edges of the inclined portions on both sides, and from the tip side of the light shielding portion to the reflection surface portion. It is curved so that the degree of curvature increases as it goes toward the top side.

By bending the bent portions so as to approach each other from the edges of the inclined portions on both sides, for example, the end surfaces of the bent portions on both sides face each other, and the end surfaces of the bent portions on both sides are not exposed to the outside. It becomes possible. Even if the gap tends to increase from the front end side of the light shielding portion toward the top side of the reflective surface portion by increasing the degree of curvature of the bent portion from the front end side of the light shielding portion toward the top side of the reflective surface portion, the light shielding is performed. It is possible to reduce or eliminate the gap between the portions.

The lighting fixture according to claim 3 is attached to the fixture main body so that the fixture main body on which the lamp is disposed; the reflection surface portion faces the lamp and the light shielding portion protrudes from the fixture main body. And a body.

The luminaire is, for example, a ceiling-embedded luminaire or a ceiling-mounted luminaire, and is a thin luminaire having a particularly low height. The light shielding angle can be controlled by a reflector. The lamp is, for example, a straight tube fluorescent lamp, and two straight tube fluorescent lamps are arranged so as to be opposed to the reflection surface portions on both sides of the reflector.

According to the reflector of the first aspect, since the bent portion is provided from the edge of the inclined portion so as to close the end surface of the light shielding portion having a substantially U-shaped cross section, another component for covering the gap between the end surfaces of the light shielding portion is provided. Without being used, the gap between the end faces of the light shielding portion can be reduced or eliminated, and the appearance can be improved.

According to the reflector of the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the reflector of the first aspect, the bent portions are curved so as to approach each other from the edges of the inclined portions on both sides. The end faces of the parts face each other, the end faces of the bent parts on both sides are not exposed to the outside, the appearance can be improved, and the bent part has a degree of curvature as it goes from the tip side of the light shielding part to the top side of the reflecting surface part. Since it is curved so as to increase, even if the gap tends to increase from the front end side of the light shielding portion toward the top side of the reflection surface portion, the gap on the end surface of the light shielding portion can be reduced or eliminated.

According to the lighting fixture of Claim 3, since the reflector of Claim 1 or 2 is used, an external appearance can be improved.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 is a perspective view of an end of the reflector, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a bent portion of the reflector, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a part of a lighting fixture using the reflector, and FIG. 4 is a developed state of the reflector. FIG. 5 is a partial perspective view, and FIG. 5 is a partial perspective view before the bending portion of the reflector is bent.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lighting fixture 11 is a two-ceiling embedded lighting fixture using two straight tube fluorescent lamps L as lamps, a fixture main body 12 embedded in the ceiling, and the fixture. A reflector 13 is provided in the lower surface opening of the main body 12.

The instrument body 12 is formed of a metal material in the shape of an elongated box having a lower surface opening 16, and an edge frame portion 17 is formed at the peripheral edge of the lower surface opening 16, and the surface is a white coating film having an insulating property. Covered. The instrument body 12 is installed in a state in which the instrument body 12 is inserted from below into an embedding opening formed on the ceiling surface and the edge frame portion 17 is in contact with the ceiling surface. Two sets of sockets (not shown) are arranged at both ends in the longitudinal direction in the instrument main body 12, and two straight tube fluorescent lamps L are arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction in the instrument main body 12 by these two sets of sockets. Yes. A mounting spring 18 for attaching the reflector 13 is disposed on the top plate of the instrument body 12, and a terminal block and a lighting device (not shown) are disposed.

In addition, the reflector 13 is disposed between the two straight tube fluorescent lamps L, and in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 21 and at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the reflecting plate 21. A plurality of baffles 22 arranged in an open manner are provided, and the surfaces of the reflector 21 and the baffles 22 are covered with a white coating film having an insulating property.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the reflecting plate 21 is made of a single sheet metal material. The reflecting plates 23 are formed in a substantially V-shaped cross-section on both sides, and the top 24 side of these reflecting surfaces 23. A light-shielding portion 25 having a substantially U-shaped cross section extending continuously from the light-shielding portion 25 is formed, and a groove portion 26 is formed between the light-shielding portions 25. Abutting portions 27 that abut on the instrument main body 12 are raised at both outer edge portions of the reflecting surface portions 23 on both sides, and are folded back in a substantially U shape inside. In the reflection surface portion 23 and the light shielding portion 25, slit-like attachment grooves 28 are formed at the attachment positions of the baffles 22 by inserting the baffles 22 therein. An attachment hole 29 is formed in the reflecting surface portion 23 so as to be engaged with and attached to the attachment spring 18 of the instrument body 12.

At both ends of the light shielding portion 25, inclined portions 31 that are cut in an inclined manner from the tip 30 side of the light shielding portion 25 toward the top portion 24 side of the reflecting surface portion 23 are formed. The inclined portion 31 is formed with a bent portion 32 that is bent so as to approach each other from both side edges of the inclined portion 31 so as to close the groove portion 26 that opens to the end face of the light shielding portion 25. The bent portions 32 are curved in an arc shape so as to approach each other from the edges of the inclined portions 31 on both sides, the end surfaces of the bent portions 32 on both sides face each other, and the end surfaces of the bent portions 32 on both sides are inclined portions. It is curved so that it does not face the end face side of 31. Moreover, the light shielding portion 25 is bent so that the degree of bending increases as it goes from the tip 30 side of the light shielding portion 25 to the top portion 24 side of the reflecting surface portion 23, that is, the bending portion 32 is bent so that the bending allowance increases.

Each baffle 22 is formed of a sheet metal material, and is attached by being inserted into an attachment groove 28 of the reflection plate 21. Both ends of each baffle 22 are integrally connected by a connecting member 33.

Next, to manufacture the reflector 13, as shown in FIG. 4, the unfolded reflector 21 is processed with a sheet metal material. At this time, the portion of the inclined portion 31 is cut into a substantially V shape at the end of the light shielding portion 25.

As shown in FIG. 5, the reflecting surface portion 23 having a substantially V-shaped cross section, the light shielding portion 25 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the contact portion 27 of the reflecting surface portion 23 are respectively bent to be processed into the shape of the reflecting plate 21. In this state, the inclined portions 31 are formed at both end portions of the light shielding portion 25, but a gap having a width of the groove portion 26 of the light shielding portion 25 is opened on the end surface of the inclined portion 31.

An inner mold (not shown) is inserted into the groove portion 26 of the light-shielding portion 25 and is pressed between the inner mold and the outer mold closed via the edges of the inclined portions 31 on both sides. The bending portion 32 is bent so that the edges of the inclined portion 31 approach each other. As a result, the gap between the end faces of the inclined portion 31 is reduced or eliminated.

Each baffle 22 is attached to each attachment groove 28 of the reflector 21 to assemble the reflector 13. By combining each baffle 22 with the reflecting plate 21, the gap between the reflecting surface portions 23 on both sides of the substantially V-shaped cross section is narrowed, so that the gap between the end surfaces of the inclined portion 31 is further reduced or eliminated.

The assembled reflector 13 is painted, and a coating film is formed on the surface of the reflector 21 and each baffle 22 of the reflector 13.

Next, in order to install the lighting fixture 11, the fixture main body 12 is installed on the ceiling surface, each straight tube fluorescent lamp L is connected and arranged in the fixture main body 12, and the reflector 13 is opened from the lower surface opening 16 of the fixture main body 12. Is inserted and the attachment hole 29 is engaged with the attachment spring 18 for attachment.

In the installed state of the lighting fixture 11, the light shielding portion 25 of the reflecting plate 21 and the lower side of each baffle 22 protrude downward from the lower surface opening 16 of the fixture body 12, and the outermost end of the inclined portion 31 is the edge frame portion of the fixture body 12. Located at approximately the same height as 17. The reflector 13 can control the light-shielding angle for preventing the reflection of the lamp image on the glare cut or the monitor.

The reflecting plate 21 of the reflector 13 is provided with the bent portion 32 from the edge of the inclined portion 31 so as to close the end surface of the light shielding portion 25 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, so that the gap between the end surfaces of the light shielding portion 25 is covered. Without using a separate part, the gap between the end faces of the light shielding portion 25 can be reduced or eliminated, and the appearance of the lighting fixture 11 can be improved.

Also, since the bent portions 32 are curved so as to approach each other from the edges of the inclined portions 31 on both sides, the end surfaces of the bent portions 32 on both sides face each other, and the end surfaces of the bent portions 32 on both sides are exposed to the outside. The appearance can be improved.

In addition, since the bending portion 32 is curved so that the degree of curvature increases from the tip 30 side of the light shielding portion 25 toward the top portion 24 side of the reflection surface portion 23, the bending portion 32 is bent from the tip side of the light shielding portion 25 to the reflection surface portion 23. Even if the gap tends to increase toward the top portion 24, the gap on the end face of the light shielding portion 25 can be reduced or eliminated.

The bending portion 32 is not limited to bend in an arc shape, but may be bent in an inclined shape or a right angle as long as the gap can be reduced or eliminated.

In addition, the present invention can be applied not only to a lighting device for two lamps using two straight tube fluorescent lamps L but also to a lighting device for four lights using four straight tube fluorescent lamps L. Uses two reflectors 21 for the reflector 13.
