Description
Claims (9)
- 圧縮機、燃焼器、及び、高圧シャフトを介して前記圧縮機に連結された高圧タービンを含み、飛行中に1又は複数のスラストレバーに応動するコアガスタービンエンジンと、
前記コアガスタービンエンジンに連結されたファンアセンブリと、
前記ファンアセンブリに連結された電動タキシングシステムと、を含み、前記電動タキシングシステムは、エネルギー蓄積装置及び当該エネルギー蓄積装置から供給されるエネルギーに応動するモータを含み、前記モータは、前記ファンアセンブリに連結されていると共に、タキシング中に前記ファンアセンブリを駆動するよう構成され、前記モータはさらにタキシング中に発電機として動作するよう構成され、タキシング中の前記ファンアセンブリの回転により前記エネルギー蓄電装置が充電され、
前記電動タキシングシステムは、航空機をタキシングモードに切り替えるためのパイロットによる操作に応動し、前記電動タキシングシステムは前記モータに前記ファンアセンブリを駆動させるよう構成された制御部をさらに含み、前記制御部は(i)飛行中に航空エンジンを駆動させ、かつ(ii)タキシング中に前記高圧シャフトを駆動させることなく電動タキシングシステムを制御するために使用される、前記1又は複数のスラストレバーに応動し、
前記制御部は、航空機が飛行中であるかタキシング中であるかに応じて、前記1又は複数のスラストレバーからの入力を異なって解釈するよう構成されており、
タキシング中の前記1又は複数のスラストレバーからの前記入力の前記解釈は、フルスロットル未満のスロットル開度に対応するスロットル設定でタキシング推力が最大となるよう行われる、
航空エンジン。 - 前記モータは、前記エネルギー蓄積装置から給電される可変周波数スタータジェネレータであり、タキシング中に前記ファンアセンブリを駆動するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載の航空エンジン。
- 前記モータは、タキシング中に前記ファンアセンブリを駆動する空気圧モータである、請求項1又は2に記載の航空エンジン。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積装置は、機上の補助動力装置からエネルギーの供給を受けるよう構成されていると共に、地上で外部エネルギー供給源からエネルギーの供給を受けるよう構成されている、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の航空エンジン。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積装置は、フライホイールエネルギー蓄積装置である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の航空エンジン。
- 前記ファンアセンブリは、ファン、及び、当該ファンに連結された低圧シャフトを含み、前記モータは、タキシング中は、前記ファンを駆動する前記低圧シャフトを駆動するよう構成されている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の航空エンジン。
- 航空機のタキシングを支援する方法であって、前記航空機は、コアガスタービンエンジンとファンアセンブリとを含む航空エンジンを含み、当該方法は、
電動タキシングシステムのエネルギー蓄積装置にエネルギーを蓄積し、
前記コアガスタービンエンジンが停止されるタキシング中に、前記エネルギー蓄積装置から前記電動タキシングシステムのモータにエネルギーを供給し、次に、前記モータで前記ファンアセンブリを駆動することにより、タキシング中に前記電動タキシングシステムで前記ファンアセンブリを駆動し、その際に、前記電動タキシングシステムは航空機をタキシングモードに切り替えるためのパイロットによる操作に応動し、前記電動タキシングシステムで前記ファンアセンブリを駆動することは、飛行中に航空エンジンを駆動することにも使用される1又は複数のスラストレバーによって、タキシング中に前記ファンアセンブリを制御することを含み、前記ファンアセンブリを制御することは、タキシング中に前記コアガスタービンエンジンの高圧シャフトを駆動させることなく前記1又は複数のスラストレバーにより前記ファンアセンブリを制御することを含み、前記電動タキシングシステムに含まれる制御部は、航空機が飛行中であるかタキシング中であるかに応じて、前記1又は複数のスラストレバーからの入力を異なって解釈し、
タキシング中の前記1又は複数のスラストレバーからの前記入力の前記解釈は、フルスロットル未満のスロットル開度に対応するスロットル設定でタキシング推力が最大となるよう行われ、
前記電動タキシングシステムの前記モータをタキシング中に発電機として作動させることにより、タキシング中に前記ファンアセンブリの回転を利用して前記エネルギー蓄積装置を充電する、
方法。 - 前記ファンアセンブリは、ファン及びこれに連結された低圧シャフトを含み、前記モータで前記ファンアセンブリを駆動するに際し、前記ファンアセンブリの前記低圧シャフトにモータ駆動シャフトを1又は複数のギアで連結する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積装置にエネルギーを蓄積するに際し、着陸中の前記ファンアセンブリの回転により生じるエネルギーで前記エネルギー蓄積装置を充電する、請求項7~8のいずれかに記載の方法。
