一端に設けた継手が前記車体又は前記開閉体のいずれか他方に連結されると共に、前記一端が閉塞し、他端が開口し、当該他端側が前記外筒に対して軸線方向へ相対移動可能に挿入される内筒と、
前記外筒の内周面と前記内筒の外周面の間に設けられ、前記内周面と前記外周面との間の隙間を密封するパッキンと、を備え、
前記外筒又は前記内筒のいずれか一方を第1筒とし、前記外筒又は前記内筒のいずれか他方を第2筒として、
前記第1筒内に、モータと、前記モータにより軸線回りに回転可能で、かつ軸線方向へ移動不能なスピンドルとを収納し、
前記第2筒内に、軸線方向に移動不能で、かつ軸線回りに回転不能に収納され、前記スピンドルの回転により軸線方向へ移動可能に前記スピンドルに螺合するナットを収納し、
