Description
さらに、臨床では経鼻胃管が治療に用いられ、その直径が小さく、固定効果が乏しく、且つ放射線源を食道腔内に配置できず、食道がん近接治療は高放射線治療線量の導入を必要とするため、食道壁に経鼻胃管がランダムに接触すると、放射線源と正常食道壁との距離が近すぎるため、放射線量が高くなりすぎ、放射線のホットスポットが生じ、大きい副作用を引き起こすため、医師の使用願望に影響を与える。既存の食道がん近接治療用導管は患者の口腔内に挿入され、喉から食道に入り、患者に不快感を感じさせる。

Claims (21)
- マルチルーメンチューブ構造と、少なくとも1つの管状皮膜ユニットと、先端と、複数の外リングユニットとを含む導管装置であって、
前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造は、一体成形され、近端方向及び遠端方向を有し、前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造は管状構造及び複数の流体流管構造を含み、前記管状構造及び前記複数の流体流管構造は前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造の第1軸方向に沿って設置され、
前記管状皮膜ユニットは、前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造の外縁を覆い、前記管状皮膜ユニットは強化構造および/または緩衝構造を含み、
前記先端は、前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造にしっかり固定されるように接合することを特徴とし、
前記外リングユニットは、前記管状皮膜ユニットの外縁に設置され、前記管状皮膜ユニットの前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造への締め付けに用いられ、複数の皮膜構造を形成し、
前記強化構造および/または緩衝構造は、前記管状皮膜ユニットに接続されるように含まれ、
前記強化構造および/または緩衝構造により、前記皮膜構造が膨張する時に、放射線源が配置されている導管装置の軸中心を基準として、均一速度で放射線方向に沿って膨張し、張力が均等になることで前記管状構造を中央に維持できることを特徴とする導管装置。 - 前記皮膜構造は、前記マルチルーメンチューブを囲む円筒状または腰鼓状構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記皮膜構造は、膜厚と、中央セグメントと、両側セグメントとを備え、
前記膜厚が前記中央セグメントにより前記両側セグメントへ向かって減少することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。 - 前記管状皮膜ユニットは1個以上であり、前記流体流管構造の数は3個以上であり、前記皮膜構造の数は3個以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記先端と前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造は一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記先端は、マルチルーメンチューブ構造に接合される円錐または錐台構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記先端は閉鎖構造であり、前記先端は放射線を吸収できる素材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記先端は主接合構造を含み、前記マルチルーメンチューブ構造の副接合構造への固定に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記主接合構造及び前記副接合構造は互いに対応するほぞ、びじょうまたは回転構造であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の導管装置。
- 前記強化構造は、前記管状皮膜ユニットの内側または外側に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記強化構造は、前記皮膜構造に配置される少なくとも1つの帯状構造または複数の点状構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記帯状構造は、対称、平行、交差および/または非連続構造であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の導管装置。
- 前記緩衝構造は、前記管状皮膜ユニットの外側に設置される凹溝、凸起または折り畳み構造であり、前記皮膜構造が膨張開始期間において均等に圧力を放出するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記複数の流体流管構造は、前記近端方向において制御素子を備え、前記制御素子が前記流体流管構造の前記遠端方向に接続される前記皮膜構造をそれぞれ独立して膨縮させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記複数の流体流管構造は前記近端方向において複数の制御素子を備え、前記複数の制御素子は前記複数の流体流管構造の前記近端方向にそれぞれ独立して設置され、前記制御素子が前記流体流管構造の前記遠端方向に接続される前記皮膜構造をそれぞれ独立して膨縮させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記複数の流体流管構造は、それぞれ独立接続構造をさらに備え、それぞれ異なる前記皮膜構造位置に接続され、異なる前記流体流管がそれぞれの前記独立接続構造により異なる前記皮膜構造まで流体を送ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導管装置。
- 前記独立接続構造はチューブまたは開口構造であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の導管装置。
- 後負荷治療装置と、請求項1-17のいずれか1項に記載の導管装置と、放射線治療源と、を備えることを特徴とする近接治療システムであって、
前記導管装置は、前記後負荷治療装置に接続され、
前記放射線治療源は、前記後負荷治療装置から前記導管装置の前記管状構造内に放出されることを特徴とする近接治療システム。 - 腫瘍イメージング装置をさらに備え、
前記後負荷治療装置は、前記腫瘍イメージング装置に基づいて、前記放射線治療源を前記管状構造の前記皮膜構造の位置への放出を決定することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の近接治療システム。 - 前記腫瘍イメージング装置は、X線イメージング、蛍光透視鏡、コンピュータ断層撮影、ポジトロン断層撮影、単一光子放出断層撮影及び磁気共鳴イメージングのうちの1種又は複数種を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の近接治療システム。
- 前記近接治療システムは、食道がんまたはその他腔内腫瘍の治療に使用されることを特徴とする請求項18~20のいずれか1項に記載の近接治療システム。
