‐ジュール効果によってスクリューを加熱する加熱手段と、
‐ガス中に存在する不純物を除去する不純物除去ユニットであって、筐体の高部出口に接続される不純物除去ユニットと、を具備する。
‐物質を熱分解するステップと、
‐ガス中に存在する不純物を除去するステップと、を含む。
Claims (13)
- 分割された固体の形態の物質に熱処理を施すことによって二水素ガス(G)を生成する装置であって、前記装置は、
‐筐体(1)であって、前記物質を前記筐体(1)に供給するための入口(4)と、処理済みの前記物質から残留物を回収する低部出口(6)と、前記物質の処理から生じるガスを抽出する高部出口(11)と、を有する筐体(1)と、
‐前記筐体の前記入口と前記筐体の前記低部出口との間で前記物質を搬送する搬送手段であって、前記筐体内で回転軸(X)回りに回転するように取り付けられたスクリュー(10)を具備し、前記スクリューを回転駆動する手段を備える、搬送手段と、
‐ジュール効果によって前記スクリューを加熱する加熱手段であって、前記加熱手段は、電流を発生させる電流発生手段と、前記電流発生手段の2つの極性に前記スクリューの両端を接続する手段とを備え、前記加熱手段は、前記物質を熱分解するために、前記物質に熱処理を施すことを可能にし、前記スクリューは、700°Cから1200°Cの範囲の高温に耐えるように適合されている、加熱手段と、
‐前記ガス中に存在する不純物を除去する不純物除去ユニット(12)であって、前記筐体の前記高部出口に接続される不純物除去ユニット(12)と、を具備する、装置。 - 前記不純物除去ユニット(12)からの出口にてガスを精製する精製システム(21)であって、前記不純物除去ユニット(12)に接続される精製システム(21)をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体の前記入口(4)に接続された入口チムニースタック(5)であって、前記筐体への空気の流入を制限するように前記筐体の前記入口に接続された密封接続手段(2)を備える入口チムニースタック(5)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体の前記低部出口に接続された出口チムニースタック(7)であって、前記筐体への空気の流入を制限するように前記筐体の前記低部出口(6)に接続された密封接続手段(8)を備える出口チムニースタック(7)を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記不純物除去ユニット(12)は、前記ガスを分解する分解手段(13;113)を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記不純物除去ユニット(12)は、前記ガス中に存在する粉塵、固体粒子と、半結晶性炭素をベースとした粒子とを濾過する濾過手段(19)を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記濾過手段(19)は、前記分解手段からの出口に接続される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記濾過手段(19)は、高温サイクロン又は高温セラミックフィルタ又は活性炭フィルタを具備する、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システムは単一精製段階を具備する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システム(21)は圧力スイング吸着装置(34)を備える、請求項2又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記精製システム(21)からの排出ガスが、前記物質の処理から生じるガスを処理するために前記不純物除去ユニット(12)によって使用される、請求項2、9又は10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体(1)に供給する前記物質は、RDF材料タイプ又はポリマー材料タイプである、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の装置の利用。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の装置から二水素ガス(G)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記物質を熱分解するステップと、
前記ガス中に存在する前記不純物を除去するステップと、を含む方法。
