Description
背景

[0007]第1の態様では、本発明は、1種以上のcis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩を含む添加剤組成物を提供する。好ましくは、添加剤組成物は、cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム一水和物(すなわち、CaC8H10O4・1H2O)および1種以上の追加のcis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩、たとえば無水cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム(すなわち、CaC8H10O4)を含む。

Claims (20)
- 1種以上のcis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩を含む添加剤組成物であって、前記添加剤組成物中に存在する前記cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩の25mol%以上が、cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム一水和物であり、前記添加剤組成物が、約20%以下の重量測定水含有量を有する、添加剤組成物。
- 添加剤が、2%~約20%の重量測定水含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記添加剤組成物中に存在する前記cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩の約33mol%以上が、cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム一水和物である、請求項1または2に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記添加剤組成物中に存在する前記cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩の約50mol%以上が、cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム一水和物である、請求項3に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記添加剤組成物中に存在する前記cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩の約75mol%以上が、cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム一水和物である、請求項4に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記添加剤組成物中に存在する前記cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩の約90mol%以上が、cis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム一水和物である、請求項5に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記添加剤組成物が、脂肪酸の金属塩をさらに含む、請求項1~6の何れかに記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸が、C8~C28脂肪酸からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸が、C12~C22脂肪酸からなる群から選択される、請求項8に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸が、ステアリン酸である、請求項9に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 脂肪酸の前記金属塩が、アルカリ金属カチオン、アルカリ土類金属カチオン、および第12族元素カチオンからなる群から選択されるカチオンを含む、請求項7~10の何れかに記載の添加剤組成物。
- 脂肪酸の前記金属塩が、第12族元素カチオンを含む、請求項11に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 脂肪酸の前記金属塩が、亜鉛カチオンを含む、請求項12に記載の添加剤組成物。
- 前記添加剤組成物が、ステアリン酸亜鉛をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の添加剤組成物。
- ポリマー組成物を製造するための方法であって、前記方法が、
(a)ある融点を有する熱可塑性ポリマーを用意する工程;
(b)請求項1~14の何れかに記載の添加剤組成物を用意する工程;
(c)前記熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記添加剤組成物を合わせて、混合物を製造する工程;
(d)前記混合物を、前記熱可塑性ポリマーの前記融点を超える温度に加熱して、溶融混合物を製造する工程;ならびに
(e)前記溶融混合物の温度を前記熱可塑性ポリマーの前記融点未満の温度に低下させ、それによってポリマー組成物を製造する工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリオレフィンである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリプロピレンである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレンである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物が、約50ppm~約5,000ppmのcis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩を含有する、請求項15~18の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記混合物が、約100ppm~約2,000ppmのcis-1,2-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸カルシウム塩を含有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
