Claims (7)
- 1つの測定目盛(16,17)を有する1つの目盛キャリア(14)と、前記測定目盛(16,17)を走査することによって位置に依存する走査信号(S0,S90,R)を生成するために、前記測定目盛(16,17)に対して一測定方向に相対可動に配置されている1つの走査装置(12)と、前記走査信号(S0,S90,R)を位置信号(P0,P90,PR)に処理するための1つの信号処理装置(20,120)と、前記位置信号(P0,P90,PR)を1つの後続電子機器(80)に出力可能である1つの信号インタフェース(50)と、を備えるエンコーダにおいて、
少なくとも1つの補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)と、1つの監視装置(30)とが、前記信号処理装置(20,120)内に配置されていて、少なくとも1つの走査信号(S0,S90,R)の少なくとも1つの信号エラーが、前記補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)によって補正可能であり、前記監視装置(30)によって、前記信号エラーの1つの第1限界値(A3)の到達が確認可能であり、その後に、少なくとも前記信号エラーに対応する補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)が非活動化可能であること、及び
前記補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3)は、前記監視装置(30)がその補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3)を遮断することによって非活動化される結果、前記走査信号(S0,S90,R)が、位置信号(P0,P90,PR)として出力される当該エンコーダ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)は、1つのオフセット補正装置(20.1,120.1)、1つの振幅補正装置(20.2,120.2)又は1つの位相補正装置(20.3,120.3)である請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記信号エラーが、第2限界値(A5)に到達する時に、前記第1限界値(A3)に到達する前の前記位置信号(P0,P90,PR)の信号品質よりも低い信号品質が達成可能である制御の目標値によって、少なくとも前記信号エラーに対応する補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)を再び起動させるように、前記監視装置(30)が構成されている請求項1又は2に記載のエンコーダ。
- 1つの測定目盛(16,17)を有する1つの目盛キャリア(14)と、前記測定目盛(16,17)に対して一測定方向に相対可動に配置されていて、位置に依存する走査信号(S0,S90,R)が前記測定目盛(16,17)を走査することによって生成される1つの走査装置(12)と、前記走査信号(S0,S90,R)が位置信号(P0,P90,PR)に処理される1つの信号処理装置(20,120)と、前記位置信号(P0,P90,PR)が1つの後続電子機器(80)に出力される1つの信号インタフェース(50)と、を備えるエンコーダを稼働させるための方法において、
少なくとも1つの補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)と、1つの監視装置(30)とが、前記信号処理装置(20,120)内に配置されていて、少なくとも1つの走査信号(S0,S90,R)の少なくとも1つの信号エラーが、前記補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)によって補正され、前記監視装置(30)によって、前記信号エラーの第1限界値(A3)の到達が確認され、その後に、少なくとも前記信号エラーに対応する補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)が非活動化され、
前記監視装置(30)は、前記補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3)をその遮断によって非活動化する結果、前記走査信号(S0,S90,R)が、位置信号(P0,P90,PR)として出力される当該方法。 - 当該少なくとも1つの非活動化された補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)は、前記エンコーダ(10,100)を遮断し、再投入することによって再び起動される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記信号エラーが、第2限界値(A5)に到達する時に、前記監視装置(30)を用いて、前記第1限界値(A3)に到達する前の前記位置信号(P0,P90,PR)の信号品質よりも低い信号品質が達成可能である制御の目標値によって、少なくとも前記信号エラーに対応する補正装置(20.1,20.2,20.3,120.1,120.2,120.3)が再び起動される請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 1つの後続電子機器(80)に接続されている請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のエンコーダ(10,100)を有する信号伝達システムにおいて、
受信機側の1つの監視装置(90)が、前記後続電子機器(80)側に配置されていて、少なくとも1つの位置信号(P0,P90,PR)の1つの限界値の到達が、前記受信機側の監視装置(90)によって確認可能である当該信号伝達システム。
