Claims (17)
- 各々が異なる位置に植込まれた各導電性電極を有する2以上の導電性電極と、
各導電性電極に電気的に接続された第1及び第2のアクティブ缶部を有するパルス発生器であって、それぞれの前記アクティブ缶部は、多相性パルスの各相を発生し、各相は前記2以上の導電性電極を通じて患者に送出されるようになっているパルス発生器を備え、
そして、第1のパスは前記第1のアクティブ缶部と前記2以上の導電性電極の第1の導電性電極との間にあり、第2のパスは、前記異なる位置に植込まれた、前記第2のアクティブ缶部と前記2以上の導電性電極の第2の導電性電極との間にあり、この結果、前記多相性パルスの各パルスが前記患者の心臓に前記パルスの複数のパスとなって送出される、植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。 - 前記多相性パルスの1又は2以上の位相は、同じパルス内で以前使われたショックベクトルを通じて送出される、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記多相性パルスの各位相は、全体パルスタイミングシーケンスの自身の固有セグメント内で送出される、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記多相性パルスの1又は2以上の位相は、前記全体パルスシーケンス内に他のタイミングセグメントの1又は2以上と大なり小なり重なり合う時間セグメント内で送出される、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記1又は2以上の導電性電極の各々は、別個の電気リードに接続される、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記1又は2以上の導電性電極の各々は、同じ電気リードに接続される、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記マルチベクトル患者電極システムは、前記患者の体の皮膚/表面の下に配置される、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記マルチベクトル患者電極システムは、前記患者の胴、前記患者の腹部、前記患者の肢、及び前記患者の頭部のうちの1又は2以上に設置される、請求項7に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記1又は2以上の導電性電極は、様々な形状の1又は2以上を有する、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記1又は2以上の導電性電極は、1又は2以上の異なるサイズを有する、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記1又は2以上の導電性電極は、前記患者内の所定位置に固定される、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 1又は2以上のセンサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記1又は2以上の患者センサは、前記患者からの様々な生体測定値の1又は2以上を能動的に又は受動的に感知する、請求項12に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記患者からの前記1又は2以上の生体測定値は、ECG信号である、請求項13に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記1又は2以上のセンサは、前記1又は2以上の導電性電極から離れて配置される、請求項12に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記選択可能な1又は2以上のベクトルは、少なくとも、単一電極対単一電極、単一電極対複数電極、複数電極対単一電極、及び複数電極対複数電極の特性である、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
- 前記第1のアクティブ缶部及び第2のアクティブ缶部は互いに隣接している、請求項1に記載の植込み型マルチベクトル患者電極システム。
