アルコールを圧縮空気とともに噴射することにより、アルコールが茶巾と空室内面との分離効果を高め、茶巾の多数のさらし目から餡製品と茶巾との間にもアルコールが入り込むので餡製品と茶巾との分離効果を高め、圧縮空気だけを噴射する場合に比べさらなる成形のスピードアップを図ることができる。

餡を成形する凹状に窪んだ空室を下面側に有し、その空室に通じる複数の通路を有し、かつ上下動可能な上型と、その上型の空室の下側に入脱可能に茶巾を設け、その茶巾の下側に餡素材を配置して茶巾とともに上型の空室へ押し込むことにより餡を成形し、成形の終了後に通路から圧縮空気を噴射して餡と茶巾を空室から排出させる餡製品の自動成形方法において、
ほぼ中央部に山折りと谷折りが組み合わされた折りヒダが複数放射状に湾曲し又は直線状に形成された茶巾を用い、その折りヒダを空室の頂点部分に対応するように配置して餡の上部に折りヒダ模様を成形する餡製品の自動成形方法。
